Checked the plugin on several websites with fullscreen features.
None of them was working correctly anymore (if at all)
The plugin description lets assume, that there is just a loading page (together with lazy loading in the Pro version) before the content. But simple testing showed that it is very intrusive.
Please mention there is a Pro version for Lazy Loading...
nice idea, but something isn't sitting well with the rest of my WordPress installation.
Once activated, I tried to load my normal front at phat-phoenix.de/journal/. I got the darkened screen and a percent count-up alright ... but only to 89%. Then it would fall back to 82% and just hang there.
"OK, I thought, so I can't use it", I thought, and wanted to go uninstall it.
Too bad the hang encompassed _all_ of my WordPress >:-(
I could neither deactivate the checkboxes at the pluggie's settings page to turn it off, nor could I get to /wp-admin/plugins.php to deactivate the plugin entirely.
After an hour or two I got my normal logon screen back. (If I hadn't I could have removed the folder via FTP later today.)
Bottom line: can't recommend it; too much trouble for too little effect (Lazy loading is indeed a pay feature) *drop*
free version does not include lazy loading
