I have a website where i working a lot with Google maps At this moment more than 180 maps, I was searching a long time for finding the WP Plugin that satisfy my needs until i find Leaflet Maps Marker and the pro Plugin!
The developer is VERRY FAST with Support!!!
It is verry pleasant to work with this great plugin
Best available maps plugin... by far! Love the Pro version and Robert's quick and excellent support.
I'd like to see a street view option for Google maps and also the Marker List to be available as a second shortcode instead of being attached to the map as it is now. Reason for this is so the Marker list (width) can be styled separate from the map and placed on the side of the map if desired instead of being attached below the map.
Thanks for a great plugin!
Has a wide selection of different mapping solutions and great tools to make the most out of them.
Great and prompt support as well if you're ever in need of some more intricate plugin help. All-in-all an ideal plugin.
I had a problem with a blank visual editor (text editor fine) for posts and pages after plugin installation.
As a Pro customer I received excellent support and we managed to resolve the issue quickly and to my satisfaction.
It has been a great plug-in to my site. Updates seem consistent. Easy to use, plenty of juice left under the hood if I wanted more. Great support available.
I de-activated all other plugins and then installed this one. After attempting to activate it, my screen went blank and could not access my WP dashboard.
The only way I recovered was by deleting the plugin folder using cpanel.
Really? It looked so promising.
The features, the simplicity, the support, and the look of this plugin are fantastic. I am able to insert responsive maps, upload gps files from my smart phone, build place markers with html... the list goes on and on!
I am amazed at the value provided by the developer Robert Harm, and out of the WordPress community, his name is one of only a few that I remember because of his outstanding product which is designed for people with only the most basic knowledge of how to use IT skills.
Best of the best in my opinion.
It's cluttering the wordpress interface with all sorts of crap and it's trying to sell you the PRO version on every step.
I am a traveler and geotag almost all of my photos, and have a lot of location-based content. I've been searching for a good mapping solution for my blog for over a decade now - I even (started) building one myself. For my latest site redesign, I had a lot of specific requirements which I thought would require a custom development effort. I wanted to use Stamen designs watercolor map tiles, I wanted to be able to import many markers at once from my photos, my foursquare checkins, etc. and the Pro version of the plugin supports this all with ease. Actually, at first the import functionality wasn't available, but when I wrote to Robert saying that it would be really cool if it were, it was already on the list for the next release. I've found that as a plugin developer he not only responds to customer feedback, he's often thought of things -- and implemented them -- before I can request them. Another thing that I love about this plugin is the way that it alerts you to problems caused by other plugins. I think we've all had those situations where we install a plugin or two, then later discover something has gone haywire with another, and have to backtrack to figure out the problem. I love that the plugin can detect outside conflicts and report them immediately. It's undoubtedly saved me hours of troubleshooting.
Finally, as someone that has thousands of places to map, I was concerned about scalability. I've thrown 4 years of geo-tagged photos, blog posts and check-ins at this plugin, and it handles it all, in a single map, with ease. I've tried a lot of other mapping solutions, and this is always the killer - they may seem fine until you have a few hundred pins, and then grind to a halt. Not so with this plugin. I've even used it for some fun dynamic purposes like having attendees at our local TED conference map where they'd traveled. You might imagine that's a lot of places collectively. I totally trusted the plugin, and it did not disappoint - and the gorgeous full-screen mode was a big hit with attendees exploring the map on a big screen.
A lot of plugins seem to be side projects - with so-so support and infrequent updates. That's not the case here. The plugin is updated regularly and the support is top-notch. The updates are managed professionally and there are never any unexpected surprises!
I don't normally get emotional about blog plugins, but I could go on for ages about how much I love MapsMarker Pro. The upgrade is absolutely worth the price and then some.
On Sunday, I posted my support request to http://wordpress.org/ forum, then the developer has answered me within 30 mins with complete solution.
Even free version, he dedicates such a precious customer support for his users.
I truly appreciate this usable plugin and his extraordinary supports.
