I don't understand
By , for WP 4.4.2

Maybe I'm being dim but I don't see the point of having a landing page that can't be set as the home page. I thought that was the whole idea of a landing page. Apparently, I have to buy another plug in to make it my home page. Weird!

Shows Promise, but not if you run Genesis
By , for WP 3.8.1

Date: February 11th, 2014

After some pretty harsh criticism (by me) @DavidWells and his development team released a soft-update to fix "title" code display issues, for Genesis themes. I can be very hard to deal with, so I'm sure David feels putting up with me is worth a 5-star rating, all by itself ;-) Fixing functionality issues though, is where I'm increasing my rating from a 1-star to a 3-star rating.

There are still some issues, in the A/B Testing, for landing pages. According to David, this is also a compatibility issue with Genesis. I know their developers are working on it and my review will improve as these issues are taken care of, as well.

Shows Promise, but not if you run Genesis

The fundamental idea, behind this plugin is fantastic, but it is constructed in such a way that it simply doesn't work, as described, when used in conduction with the Genesis Theming Framework.

Since the Plugin developer himself, has expressed that he will not be buying Genesis, to fix these issues, I'd not expect this to work correctly, with Genesis, for quite a while - at least as long as it takes for the developer to get sick of bad reviews and complaints.

Great but not for the non-tech savvy
By , for WP 3.8

Like others, I really wanted to like this plugin. Love that it's free and offers features typically found in premium plugins.

My biggest issue is that you really need some HTML/CSS experience to really benefit from this. Many WordPress users aren't -- that's why they use and rely on WordPress -- so this isn't really meant for anyone looking for plug-and-play. I spent several hours wrestling with one of the free templates. Case in point: I tried removing the logo "Inbound Now" on the 2-column template 3x, but each time the page would blank, and when I finally gave up and tried refreshing it, the page indicated that the image never got changed (although I see the image was uploaded in the media library).

Also, when I was trying to select a preview of any of the free templates, I'd get the same blank pop-up screen.

Lastly, I couldn't remove any of the social sharing buttons. I realize that it's covered in the support forum, but one of the suggestions to remedy that was to add yet another plugin. Er, no.

Thanks for creating a free, somewhat heavily featured plugin, but I'll just create something really quick with the existing template I have, even if it's not quite the landing page I was hoping for.

Getting Error While Saving A Form
By , for WP 3.7.1

Hi.. Nice Plugin Indeed !
This plugin is exactly what I was searching for...
I have installed this plugin through my wordpress panel (Stand Alone).
It is successfully installed and activated.
After that I tried to Create A New Form for my landing page.
I Selected "Build Your Own". Then Added few field and tried to save it..
but at this time it is showing me the following error:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /XXXXX/wp-content/plugins/landing-pages/shared/inbound-shortcodes/shortcodes-fields.php on line 245

Many functions missing or I did not found them
By ,

How can landing page plugin does not include double-optin ?
I wish I had a minimum of samples for form including mandatory text fields; "I agree" field, radio...
The idea is good ; the plugin may (and will ?) be improved !
I should pay for a flexible system providing option to get different formats of forms not only vertical fields one under the other.

Does not work with Canvas

Problem with Contact Form 7
By , for WP 3.5.1

This is a really good pluign. Easy to use, flexible , dynamic just exactly what people would want.

I found 1 issue with this plugin. Even if Form Standardization is off in global setting , contact form 7 still isn't able to work properly. But as I tested on, I found that Contact form was not working in a particular block only i.e. the Landing Page form or Conversion Button.

I also found a solution to this. Now, I don't know if this is good or not but here's the solution.

In the file functions.global.php inside functions folder in line number 47 the code here is

$content = lp_rebuild_attributes($content, $wrapper_class, $standardize_form );

just before this line I added if($standardize_form == 1) to check if standardize is 0 or 1.

If it is 0 then nothing will be done else if it is 1 then lp_rebuild_attributes function will be called.

But overall from what I've seen with this plugin it is very nice and really helpful.

Keep up the good work
