Good idea but not working properly
By , for WP 4.2.2

The main functionality of the plugin is twofold: creating landing page variations and tracking the page views and conversions.

Part one works. Part two does not. The forum answers are somewhat stereotype: disable all plugins and try an default theme. Uaahh! I did this of course first and several times. "Reinstall the plugin" Uahh! One more. It just does not count. Two poor performance for a plugin that wants to be the basis for commercial stuff. I even tried two commercial addons that did not do what they promised.

I like the implementation though. It makes use of the wordpress technologies wisely (default edit screens) and does not try to invent everything for the badbetter.

But only two stars because it is useless without the tracking function working properly.

Difficult to use because it is buggy
By , for WP 4.0

I installed this to try to get some good landing pages. At first glance it looks great, but the interface is very buggy. I select a template and edit it, looks fine. Then I go back to edit further and the template for that page has been reset to the default and options are missing.
Many templates are not responsive, kind of a big deal given the mobile age we live in and this is all about maximizing conversions.
Also, switching between A and B (C, etc) copies sometimes does not change the content at all.
Finally gave up and paid for Optimize Press. Spent all night screwing with this plugin for an poor result and got things up on Optimize Press in about 10 mins looking awesome.

Great Features, Poorly Built
By , for WP 3.9.1

I've spent more time hoping that this plugin would work. It has such a good feature set and it could be extremely useful. I really really want it to work. However, I've been working with it over the course of 6 or 8 months and it never, ever works 100%.

I get Ajax not enabled constantly, it loses connection, the form review doesn't work and blames "WordPress 3.9.1 wonkiness." That's a poor excuse, especially considering that WP is very stable software.

The plugin slows down my entire site. I'm just about fed up. The cool features are just not worth the trouble. Oh, and my theme was built to work with this plugin so compatibility is no excuse. Quit adding features and focus on building stable software.

Quite broken
By , for WP 3.9.1

Running the newest version of WordPress and the plugin. It is just full of broken stuff. Tabs that don't work, the WordPress editor broken. Would be about time for a major bugfix release. Seems to be very poor quality (not even Alpha) - works way worse than any other plugin I have considered using (for other features).

Bought the MailChimp Integration plugin - didn't work until I activated it by first installing WordPress Leads. The settings tabs in Landing Pages is one of the many broken parts.

Gave 2 stars, just for the hope.

Want to like it - but just not ready
By ,

I really wanted to like this plugin. The design has a lot of promise. Unfortunately it is hobbled by some troublesome free template implementations that made me have to spend time on alternatives and wonder if it will reach its potential.

For International sites - the count down template doesn't recognize international date standards so if your site isn't set on a US time zone - that feature of a template (which was a must have for us) won't work. When you see things like that - you begin to wonder.

If you need to use shortcodes (as we tried to get around the above problem with some count down plugins) - support is spotty at best. Some editor fields accept them, some don't, and some just give erratic results - in the same template and support varies from template to template.

Some templates will allow you to turn off their embedded social icons and some won't. Frankly - if the templates fully supported other plugins - those social icons just wouldn't be necessary.

There are a number of other small issues - but we reached the point that the issues that kept turning up led us to have to consider alternatives. We came to the conclusion that right now the templates are not well tested and curated.

Landing Pages is not ready for prime time
By , for WP 3.6.1

very difficult to edit text and have your edits persist after updating unless using the Launch Visual Editor from within the plugin. Please update user instructions to let everyone know this. Very little flexibility on formatting text and images, could be my choice of landing page is the problem. DEAL KILLER: the plugin would NOT serve up the B pages of my A/B tests I setup (it took hours thanks to the crappy text editing tools and the fact that edits do not persist but keep getting changed back by the style sheet or something who knows what). No A/B testing means the plugin doesn't work. I am running bulletproof security as well as other plugins and disabled them to no effect. besides, who wants to run a plugin that requires you to use ONLY THAT plugin? Great concept guys, great formatting for the dashboard, but the actual experience is extremely disappointing. I would pay for this plugin if it worked; now you have wasted a ton of my time and the nicest thing I can say is "back to the drawing board", you just ain't ready for prime time yet.

Doesn't allow you me to use the landing page as my homepage
By , for WP 3.6.1

What is the point of this plugin if I can't use the landing page as my homepage. This feature should be built into the same plugin. The two plugins you suggested that fix this don't work. I will update my star rating when this is fixed.
