Smooth scrolling and smooth "back to top" by activate and forget.
Am using in combination with Easy Smooth Scroll Links plugin. The 'back to the top' graphic that appears on the bottom right side of the browser window on a desktop works nicely.
If I could wave a magic wand to add in any feature I wanted to this plugin (and give the developer unlimited time & money so they could create this feature), it would be:
to change out the default *.png file included in the background that makes up the grey up arrow box, and add a CSS control and colorpicker to change the color of the up-arrow background.
But hey, the thing works and solves my immediate problem. Many thanks to all for building this out and making it available.
I'm using a custom bootstrap theme with very few plugins; this plugin works perfectly for me and isn't causing any conflicts in 4.2.2. Others have said it causes longer page loads but I have not noticed this yet.
Easy and simple, plug & play =)
Just what I needed!
The text of a site needs to be not on very rigth side -- otherwise the dark square with an arrow disturbs reading, and also it does not work when on the text area.
As with other plugins with such a type -- first loading of homepage increases about 15-20 % (J-query needs to be downloaded; total amount 38 kB more css. Yet I have found no plugin for such a job without activating j-query/j-query migrate:-(
works on wordpress 4.2.1
Finally easy plugin , does everything i was searching for.
Don't make the mistake we did installing this on an eCommerce production site.
2 days of no sales, broken menus and add to cart not working.
All thanks to this new plugin's update.
Works like a charm! great plugin.
FYI: If you use a Genesis based theme you may have a conflict, I did. Had to revert to v1.2.3. Author says no support, so good luck.
v1.2.3 is 5 STAR!! It also does not have all of the BlogSynthesis blog post on your Dashboard!
Works as a charm and on any device.
