A job listing and job application management plugin for WordPress.
This is straight up the best job application plug-in out there. It is easy to use, explain to HR/recruiters and easy to modify as a developer.
My only complaint is that the HTML table and input tags are not up to par with ADA compliance. I often hack at the code to put in <th> tags and ARIA tags for accessibility with screen readers. On that note also, the only captcha that you can use with this is visual only and has no audio component. This is not recommended for a website that needs ADA compliance (remember when your company is a certain head count, your website has to be ADA compliant).
That being said, it is the best jobs plug-in out there.
There are lots of built in options and features and i appreciate the developers taking the time to include these.
Would have to pay $$$$ for something this good. This is amazing and well designed.
Love to use this plugin again and again.
great plugin, i've donated it & have been using for 3 years, but noticed recently that most important feature is malfunctioning. Submit form seems to be loosing candidates without notice to admin. This is really bad - disqualifying for harvesting CV.
I suppose we should consider this plugin to be dead as the author seems to have given up. That's a waste of time and talent. Sorry to see it go...
It does everything you could possibly need from a simple job application plugin. Great app
Simple features that are listed in the roadmap, like custom filtering just plain don't exist.
This is only useful if you have a small amount of jobs listed, and don't need to sort by city/country
Gary hasn't touched this plugin in over a year and seems to have no interest in supporting it. If you run a site that lists a lot of positions and gets a lot of applicants, this is NOT AT ALL the plugin for you. The data is strewn about through the posts and postmeta tables, which grow to enormous sizes. Because Gary didn't build pagination into the back end, you will reach a point where you can't list the jobs or the applicants without running out of memory. There's no way to pull all that data out of the database, so you're screwed. Too bad the guy abandoned this thing a long time ago without making it actually usable for a site of any reasonable size.
I've tried a few others, this one does it all. Online application forms work great, and applicant tracking is integrated in.
