for me it was HARD to get it working but once i learned how to do it...it worked like a charm
This plugin is well designed and has built-in functions for mobile/smaller resolution platforms. There isn't a ton of customizing options within the plugin settings, but if you are relying on those on WordPresss, you are doing it all wrong. CSS changes are easy as the original CSS was well written.
Hard to work with if you want to tweak the simple standard views. The documentation is lacking good examples of different configurations and support always refers to the Google help site which is rather useless as you can't see how the two systems are connecting. And they are different in language.
Impressive plugin but there is one thing I would like to request, if possible, I want linked entries in google spreadsheet to be linked also in the viewer.
I tried it on localhost, it is working and great.
Epic FAIL with all cookies allowed and fresh new spread sheet point URL.
I've been struggling with other plugins and found this nice one. It is working here fine until now last couple of days.
What I miss is to customize the tables fe with colours. Of course I know that there is a google script language but I'm not a programmer just a simple user. Would be nice to make this options available in the plugin.
That would give me the kick to donate :-] Good work keep on working.
Thanks for offering it to the community !
to make use of the google sheet incl interactive charts
Developer perhaps can make a comprehensive tutorial on plotting chart using different google chart configuration? thanks
This really is one of the most functional and useful plugins that I've used in WordPress.
I am the founder of a local running club and we maintain race times and time trial results in Google Spreadsheets. While these look great as tables, they look amazing as Google Charts.
This plugin allows us to, very easily, visualize our run data in real time via our Web Site. The range of options, via shortcodes, is all encompassing and pretty much delivers the Google Charts API directly to our site with minimum fuss.
We also had some questions that were immediately answered by the plugin author and there are frequent updates to the plugin code.
