The Infolinks plugin enables WordPress Publishers to easily improve revenue from their websites' unused ad space.
This Infolinks plugin disabled the search magnifying glass at the top right of the theme just under the header; and inserted a search box in the left footer. Not realizing this for a while, I wasted a lot of time researching help as to why my magnifying search option was no longer working. Finally, after disabling all plugins and then reactivating them one at a time, I discovered the Infolinks plugin was causing the problem. Instead of using the plugin, I got the code from Infolinks.com and inserted it into a footer widget just as I do with my other sites. This restored the WordPress magnifying search glass and removed the Infolinks search box from the footer. I am using a 2014 Child Theme.
does the job if you don't want to manually enter the integration script
