This plugin has saved me a few gigabytes of expensive server space already, and I'm sure will save me even more in the future.
Thank goodness the logo can be hidden - that has probably saved me a few queries from clients.
I've been using Imsanity for about two years now and it's a great great pleasure! Before I found this plugin, I countless times tried to explain to other guys from our sports club how to reduce resolution before uploading any images to our server. Nobody cared and webspace was significantly reduced every time.
With Imsanity the reduction of resolution is done in the background. I'm pretty sure that the other guys don't even notice that something is happening to their images... :-)
I use this plugin for several years now, I think it's the best one around. Very easy to use. It can also bulk resize images from your media library. Great.
Congratulations on writing such a brilliant plugin folks and thanks for sharing. Does exactly what it says.
Nice, worked as expected for me!
A simple addition would be to have the "JPG image quality" setting as a slider or normal field, so that it is easier to do more finely adjusted changes, e.g. set the quality to 85 or 95 etc
Any website where end users can upload content should add this plugin.
Keeps your site lean and mean (and by that I mean fast!)
Very useful bulk resize function for existing sites. It's amazing how much space you can save.
This is such a useful program that it's now on my list of plugins that go on every site.
With cameras and phones producing ridiculously large file sizes and users not understanding anything about file dimensions, this takes care of the problem.
This is a MUST have plugin, I had a user who uploaded 20M pictures and didn't know why his site was showing that slow
This is a great plugin that I don't know what I would do without.
My bad for not already leaving a review on this. I needed support today (Sunday), and the plugin author actually helped me on the weekend! I truly wasn't expecting that.
It wasn't a problem with the plugin. It was a server config issue.
Great plugin. If you don't have it already - get it!
