Great plugin folks, thanks for sharing and keep up the good work.
At first I thought it was not working, as some others commented here. The issue was that I had scaling at a large size and the thumbnails in the media list didn't include enough area. Play with it! Make a test post and click different settings! Upload a bunch of test images that you can delete later. It will work!
Very nice plug in. :)
This plugin worked fine with my WP installation. Thanks to the author.
I downloaded this yesterday to my wp 4.1.1 multi-site installation. Not only did it not work correctly but it also won't completely uninstall. It is preventing the other watermark programs I have tried to install from displaying their menu in Settings. Instead, the Image Watermark (supposedly deactivated and deleted) continues to appear and the new watermark programs are mysteriously "deactivated" (even though I double checked that they were "activated" after installation). I tried to get onto dfactory's website and it isn't allowing me to register to post on their support page. Looks like I will have to restore WP to an earlier point. DO NOT INSTALL THIS PLUGIN!
Solved all the tasks that were needed.
No clear instructions on what the exact procedure is to add a watermark, I kept getting and error about no image dimensions added. I tried all the settings regarding image size and still no result.
Seems to be other people asking about the same issue, so you need some clear instructions on how to use the plugin.
1 star given as looked promising but disappointed so deleted the plugin for now, will take a further look in the future to see if this changes.
Its not working for me.. I installed, activated, and nothing shows up as an option when posting images, argh :(
That plugin is working perfectly!
It is very easy to configure, it supports custom post types, and transparent PNGs, although there is an issue that make transparent color go black with PNGs in the current version (1.3.3). I found a workaround that seems to be working well anyway. I explained how to do it in the following link and hopefully the author will be upgrading soon.
Except from that, the plugin is neat!
Also, if you need to run some tests on your images, I suggest using the "Regenerate thumbnails" plugin to restore initial images if needed, and in the image watermark plugin option section, make sur you dont select the value "full" for the option "Enable watermark for".
Does what it really needs is very good
Does not work at all, nothing, zip. Checked the forums, there are some unanswered questions regarding this, no help or support also.
Waste of bandwidth.
