Great plugin but
By , for WP 4.3.1

Little bit buggy, but works most of the time :-)

Great for code but lacks shortcode highligting
By , for WP 4.2

I really love this plugin that closes an essential WP gap - highlighting code during the post- and site text editing. Actually this functionality should be a part of WP itself IMHO.

So why not 5 stars? To be perfect it should also highlight shortcodes. Without shortcodes it feels like a part of code is left out.

Good but needs to allow spell checking
By , for WP 4.1

Block highlighting. This helps me instantly identify all bodies of content.

Font-size. Finally an editor that allows me to increase font size. Higher resolution monitors make everything tiny and I'm tired of using the browser magnification, which resizes everything.

The "fullscreen" button is overlaid with a 'full-screen' icon. Looks odd but should be a quick fix by the author.

No tag highlighting. Would be nice but not absolutely necessary.

My biggest gripe, with almost all of these type of plug-ins, is they don't allow the native browser spell-checking. I can't understand how the default WP Text editor allows this but you guys can't figure out how to leave this much needed feature active.

4 stars, a good plugin, but as I mentioned no spell check keeps me wanting something more refined.

Good Plugin, with one quibble

Good Plugin. Does what I need. One problem in the new version. First lines of HTML are obscured in narrower browser widths.

Not too shabby

The highlighting works quite well, as does the ctrl-s to save.

Muy Bueno
By , for WP 3.8.1

Con temas seria mucho mejor

Great, but needs some options
By , for WP 3.5.2

I like it. It does the highlighting very well (due to the use of good libraries, of course), but I wish it had a option NOT to force the editor in Text mode.

I'll probably fix that myself.

Great but changes the default view from Visual to HTML
By , for WP 3.5

works great in 3.5 but for some reason it now forces the html view as the default for every post. You can still go to the 'Visual' tab but for the average user, I wouldn't want html to be the first thing they see. Still - awesome to finally have syntax highlighting in the post editor, thanks!
