Be very careful! The basic plugins is done well and works with everything, then you will want to add the add-on and they will not care! They are not compatible with many of the plugins necessary to the structure of an e-commerce site!
Not for it considered profit inform of possible conflicts, when trying to ask for a refund ... warn you (after 20 days of request) that do not provide for the Add-On them you're screwed, because it is the only communication you will receive!
Simply they ignore you.
The expense is minimal, perhaps that are still active, and perhaps you would find thousands of negative feedbacks.
Their behavior is "paltry".
Perhaps they might wish to review feedback and ... what should respond to deny the obvious! I had the impression of dealing with a child who was a crest on spending!
I bought these “forms” about 3 weeks ago. With all the hype about these “forms”, I advise anyone not to even come anywhere near. They look really bad on mobile devices (any size) or anything other than a desktop. When I asked for refund, I received and automatic email that I would be replied to in 15 days or “sooner if possible”. 15 days passes, no reply. I wrote them again. Nothing. So do yourself a favor and stay away from Gravity Forms because you’ll regret it and they won’t even have the decency to reply.
Does anyone know how to get rid of the Gravity Forms messages that tell me I need to pay again. I've already paid for this and would just like to clean up my admin area. Or... another forms handler plugin that works as well but without the junk messages. Thanks!
