Last udated: 8/11/2011 This plugin allows you to add one or more maps (via the Google Maps v3 API) to your page/post using shortcodes.
Usage is straightforward and even though it has a lot of features it doen't slow down page loading unlike many other plugins.
I miss only miss static maps and when you disable the scrollwheel flag it still permits touch dragging, which is pretty annoying when scrolling in mobile browsers.
I had searched for a similar plugin for a while and have therefore tried many alternatives to it. This one delivers just the right amount of functionality and has a small footprint.
I still had to manually adjust it a bit, because of JS conflicts with my website's template, but the end result was worth it. If you feel overwhelmed by the amount of options that other plugins offer, this one is right for you!
This used to work brilliantly. Now, having made no changes, all maps point to the west coast of Africa (all for cities in United States and Canada). Removing now.
and very easy to use
Again, I say:
All perfect EXCEPT INTEGER LAT-LON.
Why this poor restriction?
Sincerely it is unacceptable for the excellence of your work.
Impatiently, I wait for the establishment of the latitude and longitude (LAT-LON) in DECIMAL form.. when it occurs, will have my five stars and from the people.
Please, give us that.

Also, wanted enough of power using the shortcodes and did not want any extra meta boxes created anywhere.
