Adds a field for accepting a Google Authenticator token to WooCommerce's login form.
It's great to add Google Authenticator to WooCommerce login, but unless I'm missing something or it's broken, it's not adding it to the "register" or "edit password" sections. This means that for a user-facing site, there is no way for new users to sign up and use Google Authenticator. It seems like the only way is to log into the WordPress admin dashboard and switch it on from there, which isn't really an option for an all-front-end site.
So great idea and will be very useful, but feels like it's only half-done so far. Put it on GitHub and I'll contribute!
