Unable to load authenticate the service in my wordpress account
By ,

I just downloaded this app. I am unable to save the code for authenticating it to my account. I contacted customer service, they don't give two sh!ts. They tell me that to get any customer service I have to purchase their crap product. Why would i purchase something doesn't work on the free version? I am uninstalling this app and looking for a different program. What a waste of time. Don't download.

Can't connect to correct Analytics account
By , for WP 4.3.1

I have two GAnalytics accounts - one for my private work and another created for my work websites. This plugin keeps connecting to the private account instead of the work one, i've tried 3 different browsers, making sure i am logged in to Google on the work account before i start, the authentication window shows the name of my work account, and every time the accounts loaded are from the account i'm not logged into. Super frustrating. And! even though my site is entirely in English, Yoast keeps telling me it doens't recognize the language and asks me to use its translating service. What the actual... English is not recognized??? I am now deleting this plugin.

My favorite tracking plugin.

Does not work as advertised
By , for WP 4.3.1

To be clear, the plugin communicates with Google Analytics just fine. However, they make a big deal about being able to track outbound links and downloads. This is 100% not the case and false advertising. Not only that, the instructions in the plugin that direct you where to you should look at this event reporting refers to an extremely (years) old version of Google Analytics.

When I contacted support via email, I was told they could not help me unless I had the premium version ($89) of their plugin. I'm all about paying for plugins, my site currently runs on a few dozen that I've spent over $1500 for. In those cases, the free versions of plugins worked as advertised before I upgraded to premium.

This is nothing more than a guy that caught on the SEO bandwagon early and has so much power behind the legacy of his products that he is selling you shill oil as you can also see from the shameless branding for more expensive junk within his plugin which also likely doesn't work as advertised.

Perfect Plugin
