Works but not as useful as it could be
By , for WP 4.2.2

It seems to work and shows basic stats. However you would be better off installing Google Analytics and just bookmarking the stats page to see all the stats. One useful feature is the ability to disable tracker of specific users. I don't want my stats cluttered with with my usage lol.

If the plugin showed more stats and details in the dashboard for it, I would give it five stars.

Essential for any WordPress website

This plugin made it really easy to add the necessary Google Analytics tracking code to my site.

Thanks for the great plugin.

Another recommended plugin for all WP sites.

Must Have

Simply a Must Have plugin, when using Google Analytics.

Status: Tracking Not Installed

Installed this and tried entering the code manually or authorizing the account, and it says: Status: Tracking Not Installed

It stopped working.

It worked brilliantly until a few weeks ago, and now it is utterly useless. :-(

Fails at the Gates

Refuses to save or install. Adding authentication code makes absolutely no difference whatsoever. I'll be adding mine another way.

Omits links in sidebars...
By , for WP 4.2

This is a good plugin, but it does not generate the necessary onclick code on links in sidebars, so outbound link tracking doesn't work for those areas... Which is a bit of an issue because on the majority of sites I know and work on, the lion's share of the links exist in the sidebars.

On a well-written plugin it would simply be a case of being able to put a call in to make the change, but I couldn't find any documentation explaining how to do that. In fact I couldn't find much by way of useful documentation at all.

Is your staff even testing these updates?

For a company of this perceived caliber, I have put my reputation at stake recommending their products for client's sites, and have installed this plugin, WHICH NOW CANNOT EVEN AUTHENTICATE A GOOGLE PROFILE, on over 400 sites. How many times are you going to update this without providing the core utility?

Not looking forward to the extra work in deleting it across these sites and looking for a new solution...

This used to work flawlessly but now can't authenticate with Google
By , for WP 4.2

I've used this again and again for my sites, but on the current one it just is not working. It fails at the authentication and then if I manually enter the UA code, it still doesn't output it in the code.
