I use this on most websites to manage the Google stats. I like the simple stats that appear on the dashboard. Has all the settings I need. Has been reliable for years.
But lately it makes a prominent ad for some other plugin appear in the admin panel, in a way that seems to be deliberately misleading (it's not obvious that GA is doing it). So I marked it down a star for that.
The data showed is perfect, short and right to the point, with this you get the picture of what's happening on your website.
This is the best plugin of traffic stats that I found to replace JetPack Site Stats (The best IMPO but I don't want to have and link WP.com account). I try kStats Reloaded, WassUp Real Time Analytics, Analytics 360, WP-Stats-Dashboard, StatPress Reloaded are behind this plugin for the propose of short, simple and clear traffic stats.
The only thing that I think is a really big issue and piss me off is that the plugin doesn't have his own page, is only a little widget on the WP dashboard. That's sucks man. Should have his own page, all this info need more space to be showed. Hope an update with this soon.
well i love this plugin but it's been a nightmare reconnecting it over and over again with so many of my sites. i know part of that was due to google API.
my request to the developer - remove the widget. who would ever use that anyway? or make it off by default so it doesn't appear on teh wdigets page. why? because when the plugin stops working it is actually not such a big deal - the dashboard widget stops working but the GA account is still taking data. BUT the widgets page will not load because of the plugin widget. that is a huge deal and is not a 'graceful' breakdown.
FYI i am a video user manual subscriber and i do appreciate your work.
But lately it's starting to get buggy...
Dropping settings, forgetting it was already verified, breaking the website.
What's going on folks?
