So you think the free/demo version sucks. I just paid for the PRO version, $37, i paid a little extra to have the social sharing option. and as soon as you check the box for social sharing the plugin selects a GB Light-box, ugly and non-professional looking light-box with pink navigation, worst part is that it gets locked to it, and to use other light-box i need to reset all settings and loose all customizations.
I Emailed tech support and received no response. so i went to Paypal and filed dispute, ofcourse they were quick to respond to a claim, and it turns out they have a HIDDEN no-refund policy on the website.
EVERYONE SHOULD BE AWARE OF THEIR PROFESSIONALISM
Here is a copy of their arrogant email with a saying that applies to them for providing half-truth on their website, or half-lie either way they are obvious crooks, and i have facts to back myself up.
In this video you can clearly see there is no warning telling you you need to buy FooBox Lightbox in order for Their product to look as pretty as they advertise it. FooBox is used on all their demo pages.
I went for Pro version instead of Eco because in its features list it had "Social Sharing", which was another obvious lie.
Here is an email i received from their tech support:
First of all, thank you for your negative feedback on wordpress.
We appreciate that you took time to write down your criticism.
There is a well said saying, "Half Knowledge is very dangerous".
What you are trying to ask in your previous emails was about Foo Box LightBox which is show on our website's demos.
We have shown demos of Foo Box along with other LightBoxes on our website.
You liked the one which is Foo Box and asked how to enable it?
We have clearly mentioned on our demo page, on our pricing page and on our features page, that Foo Box is not part of our development Module.
You have to purchase it from FooBox itself. What's wrong with it? We are not selling on a false promise that it is included in the development. Instead we made it very clear on all pages.
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed doesn't mean 100% refund. It's about the satisfaction you will get from the product.
But in your case it is about half knowledge before make a purchase.
Thanks & Regards

Something feels really dodgy about this company...
After trying 3 other galleries, I tried out free version - just what I wanted but needed more galleries and the snazzy photo swipe light box so I bought eco version... immediately found that only one lightbox provided.. My mistake since website is indicates more lightboxes with pro.. doh!. Bought pro and found that all worked OK expect if nested album used then photo swipe lightbox doesn't work - all other lightboxes (apart from 1) work OK. Very strange. Went to support and they wanted admin rights to my site. Security bells ringing in my head I said no, so they wanted me to install teamviewer to give them direct access to my machine - Eeek.. I said no. (b.t.w. My site had NO other plugins active and a minimumal custom template - so very little opportunity for plugin conflicts).
I notice from the reviews that EVERYONE has used and praised support - every problem fixed in an hour or two, and many say they gave admin access to their websites.... call me suspicious but to me it makes me think that this Asian company might be setup for peeking into their customers databases.
I may be wrong but even though I paid twice for this dodgy software I have now uninstalled this gallery, reinstalled worpress and have now found Foo Gallery which does what I want for FREE - and which worked first time without giving away my database.
Oh yes - if you checkout tech bankers other products reviews - they all seem to need support to get them to work... enough said.
I tried to select-all and delete images in an album. "This feature is only available in the Paid Premium Version!"
Also, limited to 3 galleries. This information would have been useful before I downloaded/installed.
Waste of time to install...
I don't see anything that says that you can't create more than 3 galleries with the free version so I wasted my time installing then found out. That should be on the first page of the WP site page for this plugin
I paid to upgrade to the Pro version and it was a waste of money. Every time I add, change, or delete a plugin, I have to remember to go to my Gallery Bank plugin and refresh it. Otherwise, the shortcode is all that shows on my gallery page. I don't need another thing to remember to do every time I make a change on my website. Looking for a new gallery...
What a joke...
Front End is VERY VERY Difficult..So many Options... Limited Facilities
Everything in the plugin needs a purchase. Should be more clear about that in the description.
Clicked on the first demo link from the Description page but instead of being taken to an actual demo, you're taken to a pricing table where the top figure is £577. I can see there's still a free version but trying to milk someone immediately for money before showing them a demo of the product (which what they've requested by selecting the demo link) is poor. Steering clear.
