It took 8 days before the support desk solved my problem. Far to long.

Easy to install and to configure! Works as expected.
Purchased the Pro edition of Gallery Block, and was unable to open due to continued "error" message. Contacted support and they replied within 24 hours solving the problem. Good customer service.
The gallery works great and when we had an issue it was quickly resolved by the developers. Good job!
What a great product that does exactly what it is suppose to do. The galleries appear clean and responsive across desk-top, tablet and cell phone platforms. Adding new images with titles and description is simple and intuitive. The best part of this plugin is the support team behind the scenes. Even though there is a really big time lag (UK vs. PST about 10hrs difference) they respond quickly and thoroughly.

I will start by saying the gallery does what it says, but only if you are lucky. And don't count on their customer support!
I did the foolish thing that after reading the 1 star reviews and reading about the problems other people had with the plugin and problems getting them sorted out with their "customer support" I still refused to think it could be that bad, but let me tell you, it was. Trust me, you are better staying off from this one. Do not give them your money, you will not get the product you were hoping and you might not get your money back.
I contacted the developer on two occasions. First one was just for them to update the setted website in their database when I changed to SLL encryption. That worked okay, they fixed that quickly.
Second occasion was the one that made me claim a dispute to PayPal and to my luck, I got my money back from PayPal. After reading other 1 star ratings and their comments, I was quite skeptical if I would get them back since it seems that they have hidden a "no refund policy" notification somewhere in their site, which I'm still unsure where you could have gotten access to at the purchase.
DO NOT TRUST THAT YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF THINGS GO WRONG, YOU MOST LIKELY WILL NOT!
Their understanding of customer support was following options:
A) Give your sites admin login username and password to them and they will see what's wrong. I refused for quite clear reasons.
B) Give remote connection to the server so that they can see what's wrong. You can see where this is going...
C) They are not going to help you if A or B don't suit you. And I would never encourage people to give Admin login details or remote connection to their website no matter who is asking if you don't know them in person.
Take your money to elsewhere. And tip when you are doing that: When you are hopefully looking for some other gallery plugin, always ask the plugin developer what is their understanding of customer support before buying. Will they require admin rights or remote connection to fix issues and keep that email in case you have to make a dispute with PayPal. And always use PayPal!
This is one of the best gallery plugins I've used. The galleries are ready cool and easy to set up. Tech support was fast and friendly. Thank you.
