GA Google Analytics adds your Google Analytics Tracking Code to your WordPress site.
easy, intuitive and absolutely necessary ...
Worked like a charm out of the box.
Was looking for something just to enable analytics and found this plugin. Checked it straight away in GA and it worked instantly!
Always does its job. It's simple and to the point. Well done!
So After reading your article on the various Analytics plugins available to me, I decided to go with your ultra simplified option. I am very happy that I did because as it has allowed me to add the code in and attend to other areas of the site.
The only problem I am having is that Google Analytics has not recognised the fact that I have added the code into the plugin.
Is there usually a delay between installation or should it say tracking your site right after implementing the code?
Just installed it and the universal analytics code is exactly like GA describes it.
No more and certainly not less.
Can recommend this plugin.
Great plugin. Works exactly as described.
Unfortunately, it inserts ads from the plugin author on the plugin setting's page which promotes his books and asks for donations.
I support the author's work, and encourage you to support him by purchasing his books or making a donation. However, these ads should not be included in WordPress plugins. If this became a common practice, before long the WordPress admin would be polluted with all sorts of ads.
Suggestion for the plugin author: Include a Hide/Dismiss option so users can choose to hide the ads if they choose to.
Otherwise, keep up the great work!
I was looking for something simple, functional and that worked the first time.
I found it, great plugin
just does the one thing, with a couple of simple options (make sure you check the 'enable' button)
