SSO works great

I'm really pleased with the SSO integration. The pop up widget didn't work but may be a theme or plugin incompatibility, but I don't want that function anyway.

Requires a bit of patience, but it works well

For what it is meant to do, I have to say that this plugin works well. I'm able to allow my WordPress site users to submit tickets to Freshdesk without them having to create an account or login at Freshdesk.

They simply log into my site with their username and password as normal, and then visit a page where I've embedded the Freshdesk Feedback widget. It's quite convenient and simple.

There are some admin things in Freshdesk that are kind of difficult to get at first, but customer support at Freshdesk very patiently and in a dedicated manner worked with me until I got my issues resolved. The team at Freshdesk really try hard to solve problems and get back to you, even if it takes a bit of time.

Freshdesk to me is one of the better helpdesk systems in comparison to others, and I really appreciate the team there for developing this plugin and for going the extra mile to help get things working correctly!

Not Working Well

Been months trying to figure out how to get SSO and Vanity URL to work together. Wish they could show me it working in a test environment as I have tried so many times and they keep saying it's working.

So limited and completely backwards

1. Easy to set up and use

3. The pop-up and embedded support widget are really cool

1. Caused my Freshdesk users to have to log into my wordpress site (none of them are users on my wordpress nor will they ever be. I had to disable the feature for my agents to log in to work on tickets.
2. All I want is my Freshdesk Solutions to be integrated with my WordPress site to eliminate duplication of effort. I wasn't a single place for our knowledge base to live on our public website.
3. Perhaps I'm a bit slow on the uptake here but why would I want to automatically create tickets from comments? This was completely unclear to me.

This is a mediocre start. I hope that further integration is right around the corner.

After a small error in the original release, this plugin is confirmed as working with Freshdesk on WordPress 3.8.1
