This plugin let me down completely, I bought two license and I did a great bullshit to trust these gentlemen, I paid two PRO license and I lost two customers because of them, NOT use it.
Questo plugin mi ha deluso completamente, ho comprato due license e ho fatto una grande cavolata a fidarmi di questi signori, ho pagato due license PRO e ho perso due clienti a causa loro, NON usatelo.
Ogni volta che aggiorno il plug-in questo si disconnette automaticamente e bisogna rifare ogni volta il processo di configurazione. Questo mi risulta molto scomodo, poiché i clienti se ne lamentano in continuazione.
Altro problema é che certe volte smette di funzionare in modo autonomo. Visto che avendo pagato per la versione PRO mi aspetto che questo Plugin funzioni alla perfezione e senza alcun problema, mi ritrovo sinceramente schifato dalla qualità scadente di questo plugin e dall'assistenza mediocre da parte del developer creatore.

- Gives you almost zero demonstration about its features
- Whatever it demonstrates doesn't work
- Encourages you to pay money for anything worthwhile
- And back it all up with non-existent support
Save your time and avoid it.
El programa en su versión pro es completo aunque rudimentario, pero en su versión sencilla no vale la pena. Lo instalé, lo use sólo media hora y lo debí desinstalar. No funciona bien con la versión 4.0
Spent hours putting information in, saved everything and some data was lost when page refreshed after save.
Zingiri's tech support started out great when I first installed the form builder and paid the yearly fee. Since then (about 3 months ago) support has gone downhill, rapidly.
I opened a ticket about 2 months ago about email notifications not happening. They told me developers were working on it and then just a few days ago, I get an email telling me they are closing the ticket because they haven't heard from me. Um, don't forget what the previous email from them said, "developers were working on it" - ok, so that means, you should be contacting me, not me checking in with you. This issue is STILL not resolved. As a workaround, I have created a shortcut on my desktop, smartphone and iPad, so I can check if a customer has submitted a contact form.
Zingiri's tech support also recommended me to checkout Contact Form 7 - so if that doesn't tell you what kind of support these people offer. haha
Do NOT waste your time or money on Zingiri products.
Thought it was a nice simple solution but not being able to customize the success message and finding most responses in the forums begin with the statement "Not available at this time..." has really turned me off this plugin.
Feature limited. Uses third party API for communications. Possibly violates user privacy. Encourages users to upgrade to commercial plugin.
