Twice, I've sought assistance in changing the font on my contact form to match the font of my Word Press site, and I've followed Web-Dorado's instructions for editing CSS to make that happen... repeatedly! No luck.
It's at this point that one begins looking for a product that's simpler to customize.
Other than that, however, the product is fairly easy to figure out, flexible, and it works... if you're totally happy with the fonts chosen by Web-Dorado.
Found the product easy to use and I was able to get my forms set up quickly but needed answers to a few things to get the layout the way I wanted it to look. Fixed most of the issues by trial and error, since my questions to tech support were answered with more questions from them, not with direction for fixing the problem and the day (or more) turnaround between my query and their additional questions was not working for me at all. Issues still exist but I can live with it the way it is. Not totally happy but not totally unhappy either, hence my 2.5 rating!
I started using the free version but then when I got a notice that i had surpassed 7 fields and would have to get the premium paid version I was disappointed. However, i went ahead and purchased the developer level because i was forecasting another 4 or 5 sites I needed to add forms to. I almost wish i hadn't made that level of commitment because as I added complexity to the form I noticed that it just wasn't very intuitive and some of the settings are difficult to understand. Overall, I had to contact support twice. They were fairly prompt however and provided the answers I needed by the next morning. The results are "ok" but I'm not even sure i will use it again. It just takes too long to set up and just seems "clunky" to use. I might recommend the free version IF you don't have too complex a form.
I have used this form off and on for various websites, but everytime i do the support team has to go to each site i would use it on and do site fixes. Front end visual composer never works on a particular premium theme. Recently my site speed dropped dramatically on one of my sites and usually when their is a problem this is the first plugin i always deactivate and it is usually the problem. I do not like to write negative reviews but these forms take awhile to build and when you pay for a plugin and it's function is not as good as free ones it is frustrating. I will say thiis though, the support is A1. They respond within 12-24 hurs max and always fix the problem. but i gave up using it, because of the work involved in creating forms and the possibility of malfunction seems to arise at some point. I found another form maker that was free, easier to use and easy to customize in color. I always need supports help adjusting colors and just do not like to have to depend on support for minor things like color customization which should be easier than a free one. Once again support is EXCELLENT. I use only premium themes which have more functions and plugins than free and that may be a reason for it. I just was upset at finding my page speed taking a dump and when deactivating it goes right up. I am done creating forms with this that i eventually have to remove and rebuild. Sorry for this review to developer, but i was really upset and tired of making forms and deletingthe plugin.

I purchased the pro version and was quite happy and pleased with the result at first until the forms started showing some errors (in the editing screen). When I contacted support they asked me to get administrative rights to enter my site to check the problem, I was a bit worried about allowing any one to administer my site especially when the email support from El Dorado are anonymous! I simply asked them to provide me with a name, title and contact phone of the person who will be allowed to help me out, however to my disappointment they replied that they cannot provide personal info about their stuff, which obviously raised my suspicion about their services (I have dealt with numerous online support companies and have never encountered such ridiculous replies!) I suggest to El Dorado guys to be more transparent in their dealings and reveal their "hidden" identity to their clients "who are actually paying them their salaries" otherwise they will start loosing business. Good luck and I hope this advice will not go unnoticed if they are serious about customer service.
