I had a small issue with the Plugin after I first installed. As it turned out the problem was on my end. I received excellent support.
Few months ago I wasn't that satisfied but new expirience changed my opinion.
I have bought paid version of it and I didn't regret. In last 2,3 months I contacted support several times and they always fix my problem and it was for free. About giving them admin access don't worry as I was. I gave them access several times and there was no problem at all.

Had a major issue with Contact form maker update being compatible with my theme. Contacted Gregory at for maker, gave admin access and they figured out the issue within a day. Next update will have necessary changes. Thanks!

Showing submissions in front, MySQL mapping, PayPal integration and especially Conditional fields - this is all what I needed and I found it all in one plugin. Really happy with it.
It would be nice to know about the extreme limitations UP FRONT before wasting my time installing and configuring questions before hitting a wall. Frankly, I didn't even get to see if the form *would* even work.
Also: I would be willing to pay a flat rate for the added functionality (technically, my clients would be willing to pay...), but I'm not interested in paying for it indefinitely or committing my clients to it. You should listen to the people you are losing with this subscription model.
I can build in a one-time payment into my invoice, but not a open-ended option.
The installation was an absolute nightmare, but not because of the plugin (although I thought it was because of the plugin the entire time). I purchased the pro version because I needed more than 6 fields and more than 1 form. I went back and forth with Web-Dorado support for almost an ENTIRE MONTH! I had 3rd party developers look into my admin panel and they even told me the installation issue was being caused by the plugin. I was extremely frustrated. I got to a point where I demanding a refund and starting to lose my patience with the Web-Dorado support rep. After a month of going back and forth, I was completely annoyed and ready to pop. Without getting into further details, Web-dorado was able to identify the problem. It turned out to be a small bug on my end. I was extremely apologetic and felt like an ass. Within a few hours I was able to create THE EXACT FORMS that I needed.
The point I want to make is that the support team for Web-dorado is absolutely amazing. They were ALWAYS responsive and ALWAYS available. Not ONCE did they lose their patience with me. Not ONCE did they give up. I have been in business for the past 12 years and I cannot stress how important great customer service is. These guys get "it". They have an amazing product that is superior to anything else I've come across, but their customer service/support is just an added bonus. They could have told me "tough luck" and moved on. They could have left me to fend for myself and figure it out. They could have issued the refund and just moved on. Or they could have gotten equally annoyed with me and been disrespectful. Instead, they were completely calm and professional. They maintained composure and did not give up because they believed in their product. This review may seem a bit dramatic, but I have to recognize and appreciate great support when I see it. This plugin along with the support is a STEAL at $30.
