Display custom feeds for Facebook Pages, Groups, Events, Album Photos and Covers -Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube on pages, posts or widgets
The team at SlickRemix is just awesome. We had a small plugin conflict and they fixed the problem same day. Excellent job and thank you for the top notch support.
I have the premium version and am loving it. Support is very responsive and helpful without making me feel silly for asking all of my endless questions. Great plugin.
Freaking awesome plugin! I know, I'm so professional... but I love it! I really really love it! Thank you to the authors... you rock!
The free version of this plugin is absolultey amazing. (Be sure you do the specific Facebook App settings correctly first or you will get an open graph or some other error). This is one of those free plugins that's more like a paid version. So much so that I bought the 5 site paid version as a "Thank You". I wish more developers would take a chance like these people. This plugin is so awesome because you can actually very quickly populate your WordPress pages with the content from your Facebook pages, (open) Groups, Photo Albums, Twitter feeds, Pinterest boards and/or pins, Instagram and with the paid version it opens up the ability to create a grid or an unlimted series of your Youtube channel or playlist that plays on your website. The feeds will update as you post on your Facebook/Twitter/Youtube accounts and it saves a ton of time trying to keep everything looking updated and fresh. You can also put multiple shortcodes on the same page so you can combine specific photo albums from Facebook for example. So happy I found this plugin!
really good plugin. really good support.
keep up the great work.
looking forward to more plugins in the future.
After some research I decided to go with Feed Them Social since it meets all of my requirements and more. Like many plugins, once you get your head around how it works and don't approach it with how you think it works, it's quite easy to use and configure.
I really like how you can create a page of just your Facebook posts for example. There are lots of settings for turning things like headings and icons on or off.
Ultimately, what makes this plugin so amazing is the support on the forum. It's worth the donation for the support alone as I would have given up if Spencer wasn't there to respond quickly to my questions.
Perhaps an option to add a coloured border around the feed might be useful for some users. But you can do this easily with some CSS.
Overall, a really useful plugin with a nice interface that does exactly what it says on the tin. I thoroughly recommend it.
The plug-in does everything it claims and it does it well. But where it really excels is in the customer service, especially if you pay for the premium version (which is worth every penny).
I recently encountered an error that neither the developer nor myself could figure out. After a few attempts to try several different things, I just set up a new FTP account for the developer and they dug in and found the issue and not only fixed it, but found a few other issues to address in a future version. Every interaction was professional and quick.
Even without having a problem, the developer responds quickly to feature requests. If it's something simple, they'll implement it and get a new version out in just a couple of days.
I highly recommend plugins by SlickRemix.
It has tons of features that need to be unlocked in order to use. I feel it just sits there on my hosting space wasting away.
Using the premium for Pinterest feeds. Works great and great support!
I've been searching for a plugin like this for awhile now. I am not into free plugins, as most of the time, they are lacking in structure - both features and support. Though this plugin is "Free," I would highly recommend purchasing the premium product (I bought the combo pack). Best $34 I've spent on the site yet.
Only downfall is, which I brought to the authors attention, that there is no consumer engagement. Meaning, the plugin simply feeds the consumer information. I'd like to see some option such as, for Facebook, "Like," or for Twitter, "Tweet Us." Something along those lines.
The authors response was: "Oh yeah and at this time we do not have the option to show a like, tweet or follow button. In the future we’ll add those but for now we just kept it simple to test the waters."
Though I was originally concerned, his response assured me that they are more interested in perfecting the product rather than providing us with a system that only works 50% yet feature rich.
Do yourself a favor and download (purchase) the plugin.
