I had to buy the paid version to get this to work, but after a few days the support team was able to talk me through it.
When I upgraded my website to a Word Press site, I needed an event registration product of some kind. I spent a lot of time investigating my options. I narrowed it down to two. Event Espresso being one of the two. After digging into the product deeper, I chose Event Espresso. I am not a website builder, but I hack around and eventually get things done. Without out a doubt I made a good decision going with Event Espresso. Spent the money to get the premium support. You won't be disappointed. The only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars is because they don't offer telephone support. Even without telephone support, the support team is very responsive to questions and very helpful!!!
I tried a number of other event registration / event management tools and none of them had the registration flexibility I needed. Another thing I like is that I took their user survey and got a personal response a few days later addressing each feedback point I made. That's a nice touch. There are a few things I'd like to see added, but all in all it's a pretty mature product that does exactly what I need it to do. Great job guys/gals.
