I have installed this plugin and it's working fine with User-Administrator.
But I have created new user and give all(Administrator) access to this new user then try to image filtering from Media Library and it's not working with new user.
Please help me for this and replay asap.
There are other plugins which try some sort of subdirectory approach to organising media, but the category approach just makes more sense with WordPress. Great job!
This was super easy to set up and helps me organize my 1000+ media files. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I'm really hoping for a feature that allows me to rewrite URLs, especially for PDFs.
I've tried a number of media category tools and this one is fantastic - I like how it keeps post categories separate from media categories because once you mix them in together, things get messy for the authors.
The only thing I would need to make this perfect is ability to do bulk updates (add category and remove category) as I have existing sites that have 300+ media files that would need to be individually opened/modified/saved.
I would be willing to pay a plugin fee for a premium version of this plugin with that functionality (CodeCanyon for example) - hint hint!
I like it, it works great but...
1. I don't know how to use MIME types thing - it needs some instructions. It is non-intuitive at all. But I needed just simple taxonomy for images.
2. I miss bulk categorization in Media Library - just tu select images and put them into certain category. I had to do it one-by-one...
