Reconfigures the wp_mail() function to send email using HTTPS (via Elasticemail) instead of SMTP and creates an options page to manage the settings.
I was thrilled to sign up for ElasticEmail as a way to email newsletters since every host I could find has their SMTP ports blocked.
ElasticEmail also had the best examples of setting the SPF and DKIM records, so I managed to get them set in the GoDaddy.
On top of all that, the test emails went into the inbox instead of the spam :)
Now that this is working, I plan to use either the WPNewsMan or Wysija (now called http://www.mailpoet.com/) plugins for newsletter and other mailings.
