I misuse it as an overview over bookchapters. All the posts of my blog I will make an ebook from, I put in "per-day-chapters". The "headline" of the chapter/day has 0:00 as time. A still acceptable workaround; it's still better integrated in wordpress than scrivener etc. and so wonderful pragmatic. But now I've to scroll back to January 2014 when I want to add s.th. there. In this case a scroll-down-menue besides the dates-field would be fine and an option for a color-background for "headlines" or something else. Is that difficult to realize? That would be fine. But thank you for the plugin as it is and for your presence!
The graphical interface, the easy quick-edit access, the thoughtful little touches... they all make this an easy plugin to love.
Best of all, unlike so many other plugins, it works with custom post types — and as someone who uses the custom-post-type-based Webcomic, I'm thrilled.
This plugin isn't overly complicated and that's what I love about it. It does its job of managing my post schedule and allowing me to move things around very quickly and easily.
Just what I needed. Flexible and easy to use - thanks!
Content is king for our blog. I like that this plug-in turns an otherwise messy way of tracking posts into a very simple, visual way of keeping tabs on posts ready to post or better still planning your whole editorial calendar.
I have been using this plug-in for several months now and can't be more happier. It's flexible. Easy to use. And the drag/drop feature with posts -- brilliant!
Side benefit if you sell products/services directly from your WP you can use this calendar to help plan when to release product. This benefit alone helps with the proper planning and release of products responsibly and when you get the most traffic.
If you run additional plug-ins that tie in your whole social media footprint this is an effective tool that can help no only boost notice of your blog posts but your products/services as well which a plus in my book
Il migliore per organizzare al meglio il proprio calendario editoriale.
I'm the author so I'm kind of biased, but I have been overwhelmed with the awesome response I've received from everyone using the Editorial Calendar.
This plugin has been a tremendous help and is extremely easy to use, and for anyone with a busy schedule that tends to forget posts it's highly recommend. have been using it for awhile and have had no issues works seamlessly with other plugins
I was referred to this plugin by Stephanie Leary's book, entitled "Content Strategy for WordPress". Stephanie actual devoted a section of her book to the use and benefits of this plugin. She set an expectation that was exceeded after I stared using it. I am completely delighted.
It's a wonderful tool for creative professionals that need an editorial calendar that's both visual and allows drag and drop of draft posts to a different calendar days. It provides a list of unscheduled drafts that you can assign to any calendar day. Not only is it simple, intuitive and easy to use, it's a powerful tool to plan, organize, record concepts and draft and implement posts in a single point-of-contact connected to each draft post as a pending deliverable.
This plugin not only works for regular WordPress blog post articles, but also works for custom post types, such as Jetpack's Portfolio and Testimonial posts. It even works with a FAQ post type that I previously installed with the Smart FAQ plugin.
I highly recommend this this plugin as a necessity for content management and a must have plugin to create quality content for different post types.
This is a great calendar. I have been using it for at least a year very easily. Perfect for being able to schedule your posts and see where they are going to publish. One of my favorite plugins.
