wont work with current 4.1 & later wp's

emails fail as cant find the pages most times, if you want to use the later versions of w/press then forget this software, also the premium version is a bit pricey, probably better goung for another on here at half the price and better configuration ( when they figure out how to sell premium versions to EU countries)

Resource availability is not checking

Hello, I have setup this plug-in but this plug-in is not checking Resource availability instantly when anyone trying to book any room! That’s make this plug-in useless.

Decent plugin with basic features, TERRIBLE OWNER

I purchased this plugin a couple of months ago. Not so easy to get set up and the interface is poor, but it works well now that it's running and I'm having reservations come through daily without a problem.
The product is basic and in its infancy. The premium plugins are very simple and don't offer many options. However it does have great potential.

Unfortunately the review above by Angeledge is not actually a "unique occurrence" as the owner says it is. The developer of this project is rude to his customers (even the paying ones!) and is completely unwilling to communicate about improvements that might actually raise the value of his product. His responses to simple questions are curt and nonconstructive, and he does not appear to have any organized way of bettering his product.

Do not use this plugin for any serious reservation business. It is NOT production ready and you will NOT receive good support from its owner.

The owner hides his support forum from the public so it's hard to see this if you research it yourself. Here is a copy of my latest communique with him:

Feryaz; I will re-review your product once you start addressing your customers with respect.

This program and his programmer are the perfect exemple of what not to do with their customers. As we all do, I try the free version as I need to check if this program is appropriate for my webpage. The free version is a total mess, it is impossible for anyone to understand it and, of course, useless for your webpage. You then go on easyreservation official webpage to get some support. This is when you find out that he doesn't provide support for his free version customers. That means you need to pay for a product you are not even sure is working properly. Then, when you go on the bug forum, which is the only forum where you can post as a free user, and you ask the programmer why you should pay when his free version is not working properly and they specify that they refuse to help whoever uses this version, the modo answers you that you are stupid and that he don't want you as a customer.

I finally decided to use another plugin for my webpage as this *cowboy* programmer just can't handle the competitors with his poor customer service quality. If you are ready to pay over 120$ for something you are not even sure is going to work properly, fine. However, I can guarantee you that there are many other plugins who give a free version that you can try and they are going to offer the customer service as well.

Free version users must be considered the same way paid users are. We are customers and the free version is what we need to decide if we want to pay for the full version or not.

Beware this plugin. Do not put a dollar in it, it is worthless

Obsolète puisque pas de mise à jour depuis janvier 2013, il y avait encore beaucoup de bug, que j'avais remonté, au début il répondait puis plus de nouvelle depuis janvier 2013. J'avais acheté la version premium en octobre 2012. J'ai déjà mis beaucoup de temps à le configurer, refaire l'interface de paiement etc...
Pour le paiement par carte bancaire, seulement ogone, qui coûte une fortune.

Je déconseille vivement, si vous voulez arrivé à un site pro, sans bug.
Je vais devoir trouver une autre solution.

Obsolete since no update since January 2013, there was still a lot of bugs, I had put together at the beginning and then he answered more news since January 2013. I bought the premium version in October 2012. I've put a lot of time to configure, repeat the payment interface etc ...
For payment by credit card only ogone, which costs a fortune.

Worthless Unless You Get the Paid Version

Had the plugin all installed, adjusted the settings, and had the form looking good. Unfortunately, I then found out the Submit button didn't work. I visited the support forum for the plugin only to find that I couldn't access the forum without first signing up. Another five minutes of my time wasted.

Once I did, the admin said that the Send button is fixed in the beta, which is only available as a Premium Member feature. So, the plugin is worthless as a free version.

After seeing all of the typos and weird code this plugin is plagued with, I'm not willing to roll the dice and shell out 119 Euros to see what else is bugged. No thanks guys.
