WordPress Gallery - Photo Albums - Portfolio plugin allows you to create responsive gallery, photo albums, image slider and portfolio just in minutes.
Downloaded the lite version then bought the Pro version - The Pro version is extremely buggy and fails to work properly. Ghozylab suggest that you disable all of your plugins to make it work - Whilst this isn't practical it actually still fails to work when I actually did disable all of my other plugins. They aren't very helpful and so I'm asking for a refund.
DO NOT BUY!
After a few days I wanted to upgrade my $24 to a $29 pro+-version, but ghozylab sales didn't react to my messages. Very bad customer support. I would have chosen for another gallery plugin when I would have know this.
As from the title.. No possibilities of customizations, ugly looking and backline management. After purchasing, I needed some support and sent 2 emails from the form, but never had an answer, no money back.. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!
I wish I had read the reviews here before I went ahead and purchase the pro version. The plugin is faulty and then support doesn't get back to you. You have been warned, do not buy! Do not install...It is not worth!
I installed the plugin and was immediately barraged to update it to a paid version. I haven't even tried it yet. No matter what I tried to look at, the upgrade banners were overwhelming. I deleted it right away.
I contacted support having purchased the pro version about 2weeks+ ago. ive had no response. So the support is non-existant. the product is actually very good but..
"This file appears to be installed by a hacker to perform malicious activity. "
" The text we found in this file that matches a known malicious file is: "strrev('edoced_46esab')". "
I checked my orginal local pro files and they contain the same encrypted code.
i'm going to personally be uninstalling it and avioding this company in future.
Don't do it!
Even the "DEVELOPER VERSION" for $99,00 has only one year support and one year update.
I purchased the "PRO+ VERSION" for $29,00 and I had no support at all.
I have five licenses that I would like to give away. On second thought, I won't do that to anyone. My useless email exchanges with snarly replies — "So what's your issue?" "We already solved your issues" and the classic (I promise this is a copy/paste from them) "I need to take a look directly from your backend" WHAT!?! — could fill a comic book. Awful awful awful.
Much happier with free FooGallery and a few extensions. (The FooBox pro is great!)
I had a test page that demoed every issue I inquired about but you guessed it…
"I can't get no satisfaction
'Cause I try and I try and I try and I try…"
It finally got so ridiculous that it was funny. I guess I paid $35.00 for a little levity. I'm moving on and leaving my donation to the coffee(?) fund.
Horrible annoying ads - "Change, please....".
