The Developer Support Suck

I keep getting this error message and you guys seems not to care much much. I have done everything to let you know about this error and so is other people but the respond has been none. ERROR: Postman: wp_mail has been declared by another plugin or theme, so you won't be able to use Postman until the conflict is resolved. Only when using SMTP Mail so as to receive mails from m site.

License won't activate/support sucks

While I like this plugin I have now run into a critical problem.
I moved my site to a new server - it appears Easy Media Gallery Pro's license server is linked to the server IP that the website runs on (as opposed to the website itself). So now my plugin doesn't work! I've got a live business running that is dependent on the media galleries and it is just displaying a "please activate your license" image.
Needless to say, I'm PISSED!

Also, I previously submitted a support request ticket for a problem I was having and I never heard back from them at all despite repeated attempts on my part. Terrible support for a PAID PLUGIN!

Plugin doesn't update

I've been using the paid version since last May. Starting in November, I had to update the plugin manually as it was throwing errors from the WordPress interface saying the download was unauthorized. It was a frustrating workaround, but I would do it to avoid security issues whenever an update was available. Starting in February, even updating the plugin manually wasn't working and support was unresponsive. Do not pay for the pro version of this plugin -- not worth it and support is unhelpful. I have asked them multiple times if they're working on a fix, and I've never received a response. I wouldn't even use the free version. I'll be switching to another media gallery soon.

Great Plugin-when it works

Support is horrible-I put a ticket in two days ago-got a auto letter back. But nothing from them. I paid for PRO for the hell of it. DONT pay for PRO! Apparently customer service is not there thing.

POOR SUPPORT - Plugin upgrade failed

I was using a paid version mostly successfully for 2 years, and then the thumbnails all mysteriously disappeared. I was forced by GhozyLab to pay again for the Pro version (Nov 2015) to get any support for the issue. Ghozy's support is very poor, and their emails are one line and difficult to comprehend. It has been almost 30 days and at this point my thumbnails still don't work and it is not clear if I will have to rebuild all my galleries. GhozyLab no longer responds to email pleas. You would do well to select a different media gallery from a better developer. I am certainly open to suggestions.

Keeps the site from sending emails the way you may want to.
Why should this plug in have any power over how your email works!

Horrible company - stay away

I bought pro and dev and they don't support you at all. Licenses deactivate and there's nothing you can do. They do not answer support. Do not use them under any circumstances

I found this gallery and started to think it would be a great replacement for the plugin I need to replace— except then I noticed that the two are created by the same developers. That's too bad. I am a pro user of their Easy Media Gallery and have found that their support is nonexistent. As of today it has been five days since I notified them that their gallery had self-destructed on my website and is causing me to lose business. An auto-reply doesn't get the job done.

If Pro doesn't get support, then I wish those with issues with a free version luck.

To be clear, this particular plugin may be fine, but I think good support, especially with a gallery, is very important. It is also a concern that they ask for FTP logins as well as those for the site.
