I have five licenses that I would like to give away. On second thought, I won't do that to anyone. My useless email exchanges with snarly replies — "So what's your issue?" "We already solved your issues" and the classic (I promise this is a copy/paste from them) "I need to take a look directly from your backend" WHAT!?! — could fill a comic book. Awful awful awful.
Much happier with free FooGallery and a few extensions. (The FooBox pro is great!)

It finally got so ridiculous that it was funny. I guess I paid $35.00 for a little levity. I'm moving on and leaving my donation to the coffee(?) fund.

Had a problem with the slideshow not displaying properly so sent email. Quick response and problem fixed within 30 minutes. Great thanks!
As a 'born DreamWeaver user' I stil have to get aquinted to WP. Yes, even after several years..! BUT with service like GozyLab gave me this week, the sun begins to shine again! In the blink of an eye the bug was fixed. And I could continue enjoing their Easy Media Gallery Pro!

I informed this plugins support of various virus warnings I kept getting every time I loaded a system to protect my wordpress site, no matter what antivirus plugin I selected they all reccomended de installing the plugin,and removing it. The support reply to my issue was and I quote; "Its ok, dont wory"
The same isue applies to all three plugins they bundle Easy Gallery, East Slider and Easy popup. £50 quids worth
Support will not refund your money even if you request it back within 24 hour of purchase and offer to return the Licences, I for one feel the plugin looks and works like a dream but the service and support ar rubbish.
lots of videos that all show only the very basics. No blog/self help for those who were foolish enough to pay for the Pro version. Putting in a support ticket requires giving full admin control info. Sometimes takes weeks to get an answer - if at all.
The free version is very limited comapared to other plugins and puts pro version ads all over admin interface
I only bought the plugin because of its super huge, permanently popping up messages to buy the PRO version. After every click the message requester appeared and took me off from working. That as been really annoying.
I only had a gallery with 7 Youtube-videos and the Lite version would have worked probably well, but ok...why not spending some money for a PRO version?...
After buying and testing out, it had problems with my Stellar Theme.
In Masonry and Grid gallery mode the gallery remained blank instead of showing images. After deactivating the Easy Media Gallery Plugin, everything worked fine agin.
Contacted the support who fixed the error within a couple of minutes.
After fixing, he wrote me an email with a link and asked me to review.
Today - after waiting for 2 weeks and writing several mails, I will do!
The support seem to be dead?...lost?...escaped?...
I´ve had lots of troubles with the plugin, did screenshots and screencasts and asked the support several times for help....absolutely nothing happened.
So I had to get and pay someone for fixing this error, because I wasn´t able to fix it by myself.
Did I something wrong?...Has been a support request every 3 days too much?
OK...why not wasting some money with spending it for a buggy plugin without supprt?
Usually I just dont adding 1 star review but this time I am soo pist. When you install this plugin you will see everywhere "Buy BUY BUY BUY this plugin", there is even not possible to add photo coz you see big blinkig red inscription " BUY this plugin" ... WTF?

Make this plugin best on market and people will buy it by them self , there is no need to add this spam coz you loosing customers !
If you want to be not in the mood just install this plugin, is best way to be pist all day.
