One of the best I've seen do far but not quite
By , for WP 4.1.1

Trying to pull down a production site to a test server. Lots of tables, but lots of mostly empty tables due to installing and uninstalling lots of plugins. It didn't copy all of the posts and pages and it didn't copy the wp_user and meta tables and couldn't log in after it was done! had to figure out what tables were missing, running another package just for the missing tables and then execute the SQL scripts generated from the package to create the missing tables. It didn't copy over any of Gravity Forms table and went and tried same thing with GF tables and when executing the SQL to create the tables hit on a lot of syntax errors and couldn't ever get the GF tables re-created. To get all the missing posts and pages I simply emptied the wp_posts table and used WP's built in Export & Import to repopulate that table. This plugin in got me farther than I have so far with any other plugin but it still left a lot of work to do.

Excellent, Free, Well Done ... But Slow
By ,

This is a fantastic effort, and thanks for it. BackupBuddy does the same thing, but costs a bunch of money, and in fact this does things more nicely.

The only reason I don't give it 5 stars, is it's very slow in extracting and modifying the data. I guess that's in comparison to BackupBuddy, as my main point of comparison.
