After nearly a year, you still haven't adjusted your review of the plugin even after it was clear there wasn't an issue with the plugin.
You made no attempts to request support to find out if there was an issue that could be resolved, you just dumped a 1 star review and left.
I, too, am leaving a completely unwarranted one star review for no apparent reason, even though there's clearly nothing wrong with your plugin.
I absolutely loved this plugin until I abruptly stopped getting emails saying I had new subscribers. I have followed all suggestions and have even deleted and reinstalled it. Please help! :(
I should have listened to Joost, this plugin didn't work and on the top of that it broke my website. Gave 502 bad gateway error.
I had to manually login to my server, delete the plugin folder and then restart the server to regain the website. I lost visitors.
Fit it, plugin author.

There are no instructions for how to integrate this with my subscription service (Feedblitz). I've read in the forums to "add your code" but that's not helpful if code is not your thing. I have no idea where the email addresses are going when readers use the box. It would be helpful if there were better instructions to get it functional.
