Keep it up :D
The button works as it should. If you have trouble aligning it, you can paste the shortcode inside a div and align it to either left or right. The only problem is that you can't set the button to open a new window when you are linking to external sites and not files. Otherwise, linking to external files works as it should.
I don't really care what is said to do, and what it really does. It says, it's a butto and after using this I see a button, nothing else matters.
Plugin works great, it's intuitive, however I'd like to see alternative dark skin somewhere, as light gray/white buttons won't match every site, and not everyone knows, that you need to edit css stylesheet.
What's important - works wit WP 3.8. If the buttons are not showing, try switching editor mode to TEXT. You'll be suprised how much <span> tags can WordPress throw in there.
Creating a DOWNLOAD button is not the same as styling a link to look like a button, which is all it actually does. I will re-review if developer either:
NOTE TO DEVELOPER: I have made modifications to make this work properly, so if you are interested in option #1 let me know and I'll get you the mods
It reads "Add a shortcode to your wordpress for a nice downloadbutton" (sic), but it doesn't actually download anything. It only adds a button instead of a link to the file.
