As soon as I activated this plugin, it took down my entire site. I couldn't access the admin panel or the main site.
The fix was to delete the plugin files.
Do not touch this plugin until it is fixed.
This plugin is a real shame really. It' design is so easy to implement on your site and I have used it for several months. My text and graphics display beautifully, it's exactly what I was looking for.
Unfortunately, yesterday I noted only 8 slides were cycling out of 13. Then today it was 6. Using the IE browser instead of Firefox it was 5 and this evening only 2 out of 13 are displaying.
Therefore I checked the worpress forum and could not see my problem there. There was no point leaving a message as it seems the forum is completely deserted of support.
One review states it may be due to their wordpress version update but I still have 4.1.7 and everything was okay until yesterday.
Anyway, my point is that it's a real shame because I have 9 instances of this slider on my site and now it's just stopped working and all I can do is search for another plugin and transfer the data to that.
What a real shame such a great plugin is not supported.
Hello, until now I was very satisfied with this plugin, but now, for some time I am unable to update the stuff, when I click add media, the new line is not created. I'm in version 4.2. 2 is that the problem would come from a faulty update ?? Thank you in advance for your reply
I bought the pro version, because I like the software and find it very useful for my website. But you cannot upgrade the software because a license ID and key is needed. The developer doesn't deliver that and does not reply my mails. So soon I will uninstall the software because it is a security risk, and ask Paypal to get my money back.
I have noticed that is seems to have been about 3-4 months prior to this post in May 2015 since the plugin author has replied to any questions on the forum. A very large number of posts appear to be unresolved. Not really the kind of author interaction that I trust in a plugin. I think I will find one that has better communication from the author.
I am assuming that this is probably due to a "Pro" version. I am the type of person who buys pro versions for my company, BUT only after I see that customer service is not sub par.

Have just purchased Cyclone slider 2 pro. I went to settings where the lightbox and easing boxes are now checked, are but it also now asks me for a ID and Key. These are supposed to be accessible from the client area on http://www.codefleet.net who supply Cyclone slider software.
When I go to this area: http://support.codefleet.net/client/login/ I type in my username and password which works on other parts of the codefleet.net site, but in this instance it says
"oops, incorrect email or password"
It's not incorrect at all. I've checked, double, triple, and more.
When I try and install any updates to cyclone slider 2 pro it says 'download failed. Forbidden'
Anyone else having these troubles? Any experience of this type of thing before? Please let me know. I've paid over £23 for the pro extension but can't use it properly because of poor delivery of plugin and failed updates.
Any help at all will be very welcome
Love the responsive functionality, very versatile, easy to integrate (with shortcodes or php snippets), plus the various things it can be used for. Have utilised in numerous WordPress website builds.
Only didn't give 5 stars as we couldn't get the custom template functionality working as per instructions on the main website. Perhaps we have done something wrong, but it just wouldn't work. Would love to get this figured out if possible for future usage. Or is it only available on a premium version of the plugin?
