Custin Login allows you to easily customize your admin login page, works great for client sites!
Used to be a great little plugin
Now its a joke
the settings panel is slow
seems like they are asking for money with extensions
And if you look in the source of your website after you install the plugin you will see that it has changed the meta tag to advertise it's self instead of the default tag which shows wordpress
<meta name="generator" content="Custom Login v3.2" />
that should be
<meta name="generator" content="WordPress 4.1" />
I just found Custom Login today and I put it on my site and a client's site because of its ease of use and quick setup. I am now locked out of both sites and I have to remove the plugin via FTP. Serious bug. Read a review where someone found it to be fighting with Wordfence. Will be waiting to see what happens.
Used to be an awesome plug-in. Upgrade causes severe conflicts with other plug-ins like WordFence that result in admin booting you out immediately after log-in to the WP UI. Clearly some serious bugs with this release.
Looks like the conflict with the AV plug-ins and log-in bugs have been fixed with 3.0.7
I wish I could change this review to at least three stars, but maybe it's good people have a heads up.
The plugin is stopping me from logging in now. I only see half of my logo on login page and when I login it just goes to white page or throws an error. Disabled the plugin through PHPMyadmin and I can access everything now.
This plugin USED to work great but now that I updated it, not only do I have to re-apply all of my settings from the start but they aren't showing up.
No matter now many times I try to "Save Changes", nothing happens.
Having the same issue as a lot of users. Now I am unable to get into my own website and I can't update to fix anything.
Until today, I'd been a big fan of the Custom Login plugin. But earlier today, I upgraded to the newest version. Now, I can't login to my own website. As a result, I'm removing the plugin from my website at least until I start seeing some reports from other users that the plugin has resumed working properly.
The bugging 3.0.x releases impacted my site and found out today that they shutdown my lost password functionality. I've learned by lesson and removed this plugin. Switching to Erident Custom Login and Dashboard or one of the other simple plugins.
Lots of settings can be changed but most of them don't effect any changes to login screen. Can't upload my own logo or background image.
Damned if I could get this thing to work. I could change all sorts of colours on stuff but there's no clue about what CODE I need to enter on the login page.
