By , for WP 4.5

Came up with plugin conflict/database sync/permalink update warning, then killed my website entirely.

Had to rebuild.

Would not recommend.

email notifications set up disappeared
By , for WP 4.4.2

So, I just learned that sometime in the past 6 months, the email notification setup disappeared and my clients were not getting notified about their email contacts.

This is really bad news, guys. I can see the test notifications that went through when we verified the initial set up. Thankfully, I was able to retrieve the summary and forward to my clients so they can do damage control, but this really makes everybody look bad - you, me and my clients.

This has happened on a dozen or more sites that were set up with Custom Contact forms. Sadly, I have removed this plugin and cannot take a chance on using it again.

doesn't work anymore with my Themes
By ,

Hello,

I am sorry but now this beautiful plug-in doesn't work with my theme Travelify. there are issues.
I already removed the plugin from another wordpress site of mine with the theme Hueman. It crashed my site several times.
So I am really scared to use the plugin again. However beautiful it is.

The theme Hueman had crashed some time ago and I reported this. There was no reply, so I removed the plugin.

therefore I am giving the plugin 1 star.

Hope that they can solve the problem soon

Ads on the dashboard
By , for WP 4.3.1

Taylor is placing ads on the dashboard saying the website is slow and tries to sell you on faster dedicated hosting. Very unprofessional. What a scam.

Hosting ads inside plugin
By ,

Used to be one of my favourites, but just pulled it from several sites because it creates dashboard messages to sell hosting. Looks pretty bad to my clients when their own site accuses itself of being slow, then asks for an e-mail address...

Far from mature enough for production use
By , for WP 4.3.1

Can't recommend this. Looked promising, but after having created two forms and loaded them successfully on the front-end, one of the forms simply stopped working in the back-end (as well as front-end). For no reason at all, I didn't change or touch a thing.

Also, it adds a bunch of bloat JS to the front-end. Datepicker is loaded even without using a date field, jquery UI bloat en mass etc. That's simply not good enough in 2015 where page speed is everything.

Theres better

I wouldn't recommend this plugin. You're better off with one of the more popular alternatives.

Won't Insert I
By , for WP 4.1.1

Can't get the contact form to insert into a post or page using Divi Theme from Elegant Themes. Other contact form plugins work but this one does not.

Upgrading this plugin ruined my site!

If you are considering this plugin make sure that you back up your site prior to install and every time you update the plugin.
