'dear, taylor...performance is good for this plug-in, but one thing is missing..the thing is####
Form setting->on Form completion->Redirect
the page should open with a post-message "Thanks for submission" like.
except this the plugin is good'

Theres better

I wouldn't recommend this plugin. You're better off with one of the more popular alternatives.

Easy to configure - works great
By , for WP 4.2.3

I tried several form plug-ins, but this one does exactly what I need and is easy to configure in WP style. And I am not a WP guru (yet).

Give it a try, it works right out of the box. Thanks, Taylor Lovett!

Favourite Contact Form Plugin!
By , for WP 4.2.2

Honestly don't know why it's got so many bad reviews. It works perfectly. I've actually used other contact forms like bigcontact and so forth, but this has been my favourite by far. It's just so simple. Like you couldn't possibly mess it up.

My only one suggestion is that it'd be nice if we can change the "greyed out" text in the forms. I'd like to change the phone number to something more local so that it seems more relevant.

I'd also really appreciate it if you could add in Canadian provinces to the "states" drop-down category under the address special field. We're not all American!

Upgrade issue

This is a great plugin. The older versions provided a great solution, the new version crashed my website. I had to revert to older versions, and retrieve my databases, and other files from a backup. Took away a star - otherwise keep rocking dude.

Why Not 5 Stars!
By , for WP 4.2.2

Why not rate this plugin 5 stars? It's free, it's incredibly easy to set up, and for my purposes, I only had to create one form for all 200+ web pages because it stamps each form I receive with the page the visitor came from (plus the IP address).

Where other plugins make the user enter smtp server paths, passwords, and a bunch of other time-consuming stuff that never works half-the-time, this contact form was sending me emailed form and was up & running instantly! A huge time saver!

It might be nice if the author added or sold some skins, as I use the form in a sidebar so I don't seem to be able to edit the form using HTML and my Visual Composer from WPBakery. But maybe I just need to spend a little time with the form to figure it out more, and visit the author's free Github forum, to get to know this plugin's full potential.

I definitely have to donate some $$ to this author - this form rocks!

I'm loving it!

This plugin is great! It has all I needed and more (combined address field, so I don't have to put each field myself).
And to top it, it is very easy to use.
I don't think a form plugin can get much better.

Great Plugin, Error Messages Could be more intuitive
By , for WP 4.2.2

Love this plugin and used it many times. Had an issue before with permalinks causing 404s for the form and the error that popped up constantly did not tell me anything really helpful. It was not a theme or plugin issue in the end that caused synching issues, but the setup/permalinks.
But overall this plugin has been awesome and has helped me and many clients a lot. Keep up the good work. Creating forms is no easy business and you make life a lot easier for us all!

New Issues Causing Havoc
By , for WP 4.2.2

Sometime around 05/12/15 the email notifications suddenly stopped sending to all the email addresses on many of my forms. I have about 30+ forms, each with unique email notification addresses (multiple) but mine is always a constant. When I go to the submission listing there are entries showing that neither I nor any of the other email recipients ever received. Additionally, the download function from the submissions listing isn't functioning. All I get is a CSV with a header line (row 1)but ZERO data so doing an audit requires stepping thru each and every submit for each and every form, tedious, to say the least. It is absolutely imperative that email notification works every time, all the time, for every form, every SUBMIT click and that's simply not happening. url [Link redacted]
