This plugin is useless unless you use the paid version.
I really like this plugin but when i purchased the pro version i was asked for purchase ID which i was told would be sent to my email address ?? but I have never got one , I have put in a ticket with the support team but haven't heard anything .. Can someone from the team help me :(
p.s its not in my junk folder
When I was researching different plugins for use with forms and PayPal, by using the Live demo site where I was able to try all the features of the Pro version I found that this Plugin could do all my client wanted, except I need a extra Thank you page. I contacted the developer and they were able to add this feature to my Pro version, and so Now my client is very Happy.
I was afraid to purchase the pro version because of the low rating, however according to this plugin description, it was just what I needed. Finally I purchased it and it works like a charm!! Just a few clicks, customized form in a few minutes and voila!
Description of the plugin says "both the paid and unpaid forms sent will appear in the WordPress settings area with the mark of "Paid" or "Not Paid" so you can check all the details and contact the user if needed." but I can't find that anywhere... Is it just visible for the PRO version?
New version improves stability and documentation. Feedback will be apreciated.
I was using the basic free version without paypal for a simple contact form. After the latest update, paypal is forced ON. Since I'm not using paypal on this site, an error messaqe is generated on form submit. It now tells me I can turn paypal off if I buy the pro version. As captain hook would say "Bad Form Peter." Literally.
I purchased the pro version of this plugin for $49.99, however yesterday my WordPress installation prompted me to install an update for the plugin and the update removed all the paid features.
If your business model is to ask for payment every time you update this plugin, please communicate this clearly before and during the upgrade process. It broke all the forms on my site and I received multiple complaints from clients.
If you do charge for each upgrade then this plugin is going to work out way more expensive than the $49.99 advertised. It's not good practice to leave plugins outdated on your site for security reasons.
I'll go back to Gravity forms, it's bigger than I need but they have great communications and customer care.
Plugin in great and developer support is very proactive, gave me tips about CSS styles to make my form look nice.
Doesn't have too much features but it's very easy to use, preconfigured form and PayPal integration works fine.
