Free & Simple

Works great for what I want to accomplish. Couldn't change the font color in the context box so I opted to insert an image which works and looks way better anyways.

Highly recommend for those looking for something simple without configuring CSS.

I gave 5 star because the author is very supportful

I think late but great support of this simple plugin deserves 5 star.

I also think this plugin would be developed with some additional features.

We must always target NSFW content for old adults with these plugins!

Got the job done !
By , for WP 4.1

Worked great on my wordpress 4.1 install for my needs which is to display the warning only on the homepage.

There were a few minor concerns in the settings and behavior of the plugin though such as the opacity settings only allowed at 1.85 or 0.85 and, background image not displaying.

However i did not rate it lower for this as it can be solved with adding a bit of CSS:
.cwv3.dialog-overlay{
background-image: url("/wp-content/uploads/pinky.jpg");
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-position: center top;
opacity: 0.98;
-moz-opacity: 0.98;
-webkit-opacity: 0.98;
}
The first 3 lines are for the background image, and the last 3 for the opacity.

Thank you for a great plugin !

Absolutely not functional, stupid to even publish it
By , for WP 4.0

The dialog keeps popping up every time, but only on some pages, never showing on others. Every time I make a change in the plugin settings, the pages that it keeps popping up seem to change quite randomly. An absurd behavior!

Also, it won't let me set anything except 0 or 1 for the background opacity, which is plainly stupid. Of course I want it semi-transparent, why in hell limit the options to only 0 or 1 and nothing in-between??

And to think it used to work properly in the past, it's like the author is mocking us now. I'm extremely disappointed.

Great plugin

Great plugin...

Enter Issue
By , for WP 3.8.2

If I press enter and After a few minutes reload the page. Warning is not appearing. I set the cookie life ; 1 minute. Still not appearing. Where am I doing wrong ?

Broken
By , for WP 3.7.1

The dialog shows up on every page, regardless if I click the "over whatever age" button.

Cache / etc has been reset numerous times, it broke with the recent update it seems.

Shame, because this was my favorite "agree / disagree" dialog for WP.

Anyone find a work around for this?

Was working great, upgraded, stopped working
By , for WP 3.7.1

Built and tested site, Content Warning worked flawlessly.
Upgraded WordPress, Upgraded Content Warning to 3.48.
Now Agree and Disagree buttons do nothing and you can not enter site so can not launch site.
Deactivated everything I absolutely do not need, deleted and reinstalled Content Warning, no joy.

Rebooted machine, tried Chrome, now works, tried Firefox, does not work.

Appears that when button is pressed it is reloading itself as opposed to doing enter or exit. Appears to be either Ecmascript corruption issue (Firefox and Chrome are related) or cookie issue or both.

This is not a general error but makes testing tough on a single machine if I can not test all browsers without rebooting between each. Environment is fully patched Windows 7 Home x64, latest builds of Firefox and Chrome.

BTW Thank you for creating this great plug-in.
