No longer works
By , for WP 4.4.2

I discovered this doesn't work anymore. The forum showed some issues and obviously they aren't solved.

Outdated, does not work
By , for WP 4.4

The "Detailed Integration Instructions" packaged with the plugin are horribly out of date. The screenshots appear to be from WordPress 3.0 and don't match up at all with the actual screens you get when configuring the plugin.

You can map which fields you want to send to Constant Contact, but there's no way to select the list you want to add the user to when they submit your form.

Despite all this, I mapped my form fields and submitted a test. I received the submission via email, so the form works, but Constant Contact did not capture any of the data submitted.

About the only thing that did work was entering the credentials for Constant Contact.

Plugin doesn't work!
By , for WP 4.4

This plugin does not work with WP 4.4. The opt in checkbox doesn't show up and when I finally tweaked the code to get it to show up, it sent all information to Constant Contact whether the user had clicked on the 'opt in' checkbox or not. Not good. It also marked all the contacts as 'implied' even if they had opted in (they should be 'express' if they've opted in).

Easy to use

This was extremely fast and easy to use. All you need to do is follow the directions.

Does not work with WordPress 4.0+
By , for WP 4.2.2

As the headline says, does not work with 4+, which was released 9 months ago. Plugin developer is silent on the threads requesting help with this issue on Github:

https://github.com/katzwebservices/Contact-Form-7-Newsletter/issues/45
https://github.com/katzwebservices/Contact-Form-7-Newsletter/issues/38
https://github.com/katzwebservices/Contact-Form-7-Newsletter/issues/30

And this 7 month old thread with has crickets:

Will write new (5 star) review when/if developer decides to respond, as plugin worked great prior to 4.0.

Works on it own.

I set it and left it. It's great! Haven't had to bother with it all since.

works well
By , for WP 4.1

Simple to set up and it worked.

Excellent Lightweight Solution
By , for WP 4.0

Excellent lightweight, straightforward, integrated solution. You guys nailed it! Thank you. I feel badly that your rating scores are not higher because they should be.

I have a sneaking suspicion that the people who complained about this plugin not working did not "Generate Tag" and paste the generated shortcode into the Contact Form 7 form input. This is what makes the whole thing work! If your form is not working even after checking the box for "Send form entries to Constant Contact," make sure you do the above step, and it will work great. I promise. This is what happened to me :)

Developed fixed Issue. Works great now!

Thank you so much for the update. The plugin works perfectly now! Thank you again!

The plugin not working
By , for WP 4.0

The plugin is not working with wordpress version 4.0 and contact form 3.9.3.
On this version they made a few new changes i don't know if that's the problem, WPCF7_ContactForm object is no longer accessible and we should use now ->id() not ->id
Any plans on updating soon?
