problem is that there is no such file in 4.1 anymore.
I installed the plug-in and immediately my site was completely broken. But that was no surprise because I knew I had to do some testing.
I exhausted all possible combinations, I even added ALL the js to ignore and started working the back way round. Nothing ever changed, my website never worked.
I uninstalled the plug-in and everything went back to normal.
The plugin does exactly what is supposed to do and the developer is very friendly and extremely helpful. If there is a problem, he seems to want to fix it right away!
And i can see others have asked about it almost a year ago, and got no answer.
Plugin seems broken, and abandoned.
I have yet to see a performance in speed, but I'm sure there has to be a performance improvement as there must be less http requests.
Overall, it's my opinion that this plugin does what it says it's supposed to do, and I have over 50 plugins ... so I'm sure after I flush my website and browser cache I'll see a performance increase.
Thanks to the author(s) for making this available on the WordPress repository!
