Just what I was looking for.
The plugin itself is really fine.
The problem is mainly at Cloudinary site: it completely lacks file management tools - or I didn't manage to find them - and this is really annoying.
I created a folder, upload 100 pictures and now want to delete them. I simply didn't find how to do this, except one by one, which is ridiculous.
Hope this is only the beginning and some improvements will come soon.
The first thing that simply makes cloudinary better than cloudflare is the ease of use to get it to work.
For example, to configure cloudflare, you need to have ownership of the domain name. But if your using dyndns then your out of luck.
Cloudinary you don't need that, you just register an account with them, copy the api key to the wordpress cloudinary setting, save and your set. So easy.
Then i just mass bulk cloudinary all my images (after i had used ewww image optimizer).
The only problem i've had though, is that cloudinary doesn't seem to add thumbnailed images to my front page post articles..... uncloudinaried images do..... so something is not working there, or there is a lack of a guide how to get that to work.
This plugin works great! Would like to see better support for featured images but besides this, it's excellent!
