I am using this plugin in one of my client site.. and it suddenly stopped working. i have asked in support forum but no replay
The ClickDesk plug-in does not work.
Be careful before you purchase from them. They do not have a good support and do not even respond to your requests once you have paid them.
I tried using the plugin on my site but all the important functions such as analytics and ip details and other things are only for paid members. This tool is pretty much useless for a free user.
This plugin impossible to disable.

Very bad support! they have charge me without knowing, for 1 day, they keep my money, no refund!! In email they say that i will charged automatically, but i don't read it , as many people, and for one day they kept all the money!
For 15$ they lost a customer!
Do not use this plugin! It caused damage to my theme! First of, i didn't get it to work. So I requested help. Then Scott from Clickdesk logged in to my account and got the plugin working.
BUT: after that, widgets, nav, logo, favicon and some custom fields were not working anymore. I had to do a rollback on my server. Their support sucks big time. I can not stress this enough. This plugin causes confilicts with theme. Just do not use this!
After removing all clickdesk code and plugins, the whole clickdesk thing is again visible on my website and annoys alot.
I contacted with Clickdesk but they are of not any help. Now I have to re-install my whole website.

Clickdesk chat could be a great service but there back end and support sucks.
They don't offer PayPal for the Light version on monthly payment!!!
It happened that there was a problem with my Credit card when billing as due on 18 Jan. they immediately suspended the service and the chat no longer worked, also cannot login to admin back end to change settings, except for change the credit card. Then 10 days later on 27th of Jan they tried again and billed my CC. For the period 18 Jan - 27 Jan i was not able to use the service at all.
So since they charged me on 27 Jan i assumed next charge will be on 27 Feb. but no, today on the 18th of Feb again they charge me, but i did not have funds in the card because i was expecting the charge only on the 27th.
Why you want me to pay for the 10 days 18 - 27 Jan you suspended the service.
Chat support is useless and don't have any authority or power to take any action.
No flexibility;ity and they will rather loose a customer that has been paying for months and probably will longer, than solve the matter.
