It is OK that "When trial period ends, the service ends.", but Cleantalk should at least mentions it more clearly in the description.
I am not sure the others notice their 5 star service is already ends in fact.
I installed this on one of my clients websites and I have never seen so many spam messages coming through. It was like it was welcoming spam. The site would only get 34 visitors but somehow it would get hundreds of spam comments in a day. In order to get rid of the spam comments, I had to manually go in and ask it to search for the spam and then manually tell it to delete the spam. If I didn't check it often, the spam comments would be in the thousands of thousands when I would go to clean them out. I am sticking to an automated spam filter from now on.
After running this plugin for a few months, I found that spam had decreased to almost zero - which was great.
However, the big problem was that it slowed down my site loading times very significantly. I don't know if it is this plugin's fault or a conflict with something else, but site speed became unacceptable.
Having uninstalled the plugin, I'm back to getting dozens of bogus registrations every day (Akismet catches most of the spam comments), but I would rather than than a website which runs far too slowly.
This plugin works, and in test period, it does seem to take out almost all spam comments. I'm not sure about how many spam registrations were prevented.
First it costed 5 dollars, then 8, now 16 USD. Will it be 32 dollars in a couple of months?
Plugin is good and if you want to keep spam level low, it's a nice plugin, but comes with a price. for someone with profitable site it may be a good choice, but there are free alternatives. You might need to get two plugins that will do the same, but in the end price counts and 16 USD is a bit too much for casual bloggers.
