you should work in the responsive view of the grid thats works horrible.
This plugin which came with a lot of paid expensive addons are really dysfunctional. Even the theme does not work properly! OMG!
why do you make such plugin that breaks user site?
I really don't understand how a dysfunctional product with no support at all is allowed to scam WordPress users in the official WordPress repository. Wake up Matt!!!
Since the last Update it destroy Layouts. Profile Media Area is buggy and actvity area too.
Utterly pointless plugin unless you buy their pro version. It does NOT integrate with Bbpress without the pro licence so don't waste your time.
i use the version 3.7.33 of this plugins but there are same problem in media soo do that makes sure..
Whatever you do, do not buy the PRO version. The support is really bad. It is almost like they go out of their way to be unhelpful. Mean-spirited is too nice of an adjective. Their product is expensive, restrictive, and behaves in an unfriendly CSS way in a number of popular themes (e.g. X-Theme), and they refuse to help because it is not one of the three themes they support. Their refund policy effectively states "You have bought our product, and we will NOT refund you. We will rather spend lots of time dodging your requests". I purchased the product, and realised within less than two hours that I had made a mistake. Refund? No way! Even though you cannot activate the software without a license, so rtCamp is covered. They even refused to refund after I offered that they could withhold 10% of the price to cover their exchange loss. Once you buy it, you are in it for life. Very odd business practices for an organisation in this space. Not happy!
You need to read their support promise carefully. It says one on one support. They dont give you a time limit for their responses. I have already had two issues and they really take their time answering you. The first question I asked, by the time they answered, I had figured it out myself. The second question has now been 10 hours and still no reply. These people are arrogant because they really are the only game in town. You need them they dont need you. They present their plugin as if you buy the pro version you will get special attention. I got better support using the free version and that was also horrible. I think they have a shill in the forum to jump on you if you complain. Easy to do if you are a computer geek. If there was any other choice I would choose it on the merit of their lousy support response. I would not spend this much effort on negativity if I did not have good reason! If you can avoid their plugin do so at all costs.
I bought the Pro version for two features. One of them (site-wide galleries) has never worked, despite many, many support emails. Now I am getting an error message. Their forums say the latest version fixes this error. However, I can't get the latest version, because in the last version they decided to force the application of a license key THAT DOES NOT WORK in order to get upgrades. So basically I paid for something that I can't upgrade because their license key upgrade process is broken, and I have a page throwing errors because I can't upgrade.
