Some of the issues below still persist but I am really happy with the user interface, price and support. Finally got the Admin notifications working. Which ended up being a server error.

Ok I can't say anything bad without pointing out something good. The front end of the system is very nice and must of been designed by someone completely different that the person that did the back end. That said the order that the front end is presented is a bit off - with no way to change it. Case in point Reservations directions falls to about the 3rd item on the list after you've already chosen your date...
1) Coupons - great but you only get 1 for every calendar
2) Calculating 'extras' there is no 1 time Group Fee. Selecting One Time still adds any extra fees per reservations
3) EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS DO NOT WORK. Very buggy. Notifications go out to customers but not Admins. Something is seriously wrong here.
4) NO SUPPORT. Any support or comments is hidden behind a pay wall. You get 'invited' to the support portal after you pay for the plug in. Horrible practice for someone evaluating the software. In looking at the response time of people that do get suckered in - check out the response times.
I've tinkered with this far too long. Installed SMTP plug ins ( not using gmail's server ) to try to resolve the email issue as well as maintain an email log - and get nothing.
I have 9-10 clients that use online booking systems. I'm evaluating alternatives and would of gladly paid for something with a great UX.
I'm only using the FREE version of the plugin, but it works amazing and looks great. I tried a few other booking plugins but none were as good as Pinpoint and integrated with woocommerce
I had one small issue and Sabina from the support team responded to my issue quickly and resolved it on the first attempt.
I definitely recommend checking out this plugin.
I have the PRO version and I'm very happy with it. The support always answer my questions quickly so I will recommend the plugin.
UPGRADED FROM 4 to 5 stars.
I have tried several booking clients and this one is way ahead of any other.
Two things wrong:
1..when going to DONATE for plugin, it takes you to product home page and no Paypal donation.
2..there is no notification in admin CP that there is a booking eg you have to physically go to plugin and bookings to find booking. No biggie as email notify works fine.
Some users are used to thinking check in first day and check out day after last day eg booking range 10-12 means departure 13th, whereas the last day is day of departure which is shown on page, but even better would be a tooltip that when user clicks first day it says 'First Day' and when user clicks end range it shows 'Departure Day'.
This plugin is perfect for my needs to run the booking for a small self catering cottage. I had a slight error when setting it up with woocommerce but the support was excellent - very quick and fixed the problem straight away for me even though I am only running the free version of the plugin. 5 stars! :)

This is by far the most reliable and flexible booking plugin or WordPress I have found so far. Using it for booking escape rooms I have not found anything it would't do the way I wanted it. As an extra plus, the support department is quick and accurate. Five stars from me!
After trying every free booking plugin available, buying two, I have finished in a day the job I've been trying to do for a week.
Thanks for a great plugin, and excellent documentation, as well as lots of forum info for fine tuning.
Using Pinpoint Booking System with WooCommerce and it really is lovely. Got a wish list for more features to make it a perfect fit, however, it has some great functionality as is.
Would be superb to have MacOS Calendar integration, so am hoping this is in the pipeline.
