Great plugin, it was 3 steps to set up, 1/add the plugin via the WordPress admin 2/register 3/type-in your user name, password in the WP dashboard to connect your website to the chat account, but once I got it working... I had one place to manage all the live communication with my website visitors...
The chat didn't work, till I understood you have to be logged in to the dashboard or have the mobile app for it to work... thanks for great support...
