Works like a charm.

I didn't think this did you old posts, but it does! It will auto-generate feature thumbs on publish, but there is a settings > auto gen thumbs menu option, which works very well.

(So ignore my previous review, I'm tired)

Super handy.

Helped me out did what I wanted. Now images in custom post types are made featured after being imported by another plugin.

Just what I needed

Thank you so much for this plugin! It worked perfectly for what I needed. I use ifttt.com to automatically post some instagram photos to my wordpress blog and it converted all of my remotely linked photos to featured images so that my Yet Another Related Posts Plugin related images had thumbnails. Perfect, thank you!

It helped me out

Thanks!

Converted more than 2500 posts for me

For a long time, because I once moved from Movable Type to WP, I was still manually uploading and inserting images into posts because they were all added to a /archives directory on the server. Last year I started using the WP media uploader, and I was afraid I had to assign feature thumbs for all the older posts.

Not! This plugin did it all for me. Took a while with so many posts, but no hickups and now all my posts have thumbnails.

Working

Doesn't work on WP TubeTheme4

No way back!
By , for WP 3.5.1

When installed there is NO way back, so be carefull using this plugin, when the thumbnails are generated you only can remove the by editing the posts one by one. This information is nowhere to be found in support or readme files...
